Now I played it through. Many of the negative comments here are somewhat true. It´s still some fun to play though. I wanted to give it 6 points. But I give it 8; because towards the end of the game, in one of the breach scenes, there actually was a picture of Dr. Vahlen (XCOM1) hanging at a wall. That´s worth 2 points and keeps my hope for XCOM3.

Very good game. I played it on veteran iron man and made it through, just. Cant wait for xcom 3. But please give the characters more personality, and make some of the blood real red. thx

This is a great game. All you do is steer cars (many many models) through many different environments, populated with the cars you drove before. The are also 3 different car settings. The art work, musik, level design it all feels a touch classy and is great fun.

Very very very good game. Good mix between time based missions and free missions. Comparing this to Jagged Alliance (very old), two points could maybe be changed: it would somewhat add to the experience if your enemies would include not only aliens and mutated humans but "real" humans and you could decapitate them with a head-shot and the like; sounds gruesome but killings in JA2 are more satisfying than in XCOM2 - sorry. Secondly, if your soldiers would be more characterized from the start, it would increase your attachment to the team-members and any loss would hurt extra.

Season 1 and 2 were awesome, but this season 3 is not. Previously the story was focused on clem, now there is a second character you play as well, flashbacks to the past, the action sequences are extremely easy, choices seem irrelevant, and the game, for me, hardly triggers emotions. Time to move on.

As said before, too much combat. And the combat is too difficult; playing your mages etc. well requires an amount of planning and thinking that borders on work, not play. I played on normal setting.

Initially, the game is good as you have to find ways to survive starvation, cold, etc. You do this by raiding huts incl. taking water from the toilets. But this is all I have been doing. The graphics (mediocre at best , not artistic), design and sound do somewhat invoke the feeling of a very cold and lonely place; but the fascination wears off fast and then all you want to do is find a car, other, to get away, but it´s not there. So I stopped playing.
