Breath of the Wild recaptures the awe and wonder when us longtime fans of the Zelda series got when we first played Ocarina of Time with it's open world and Nintendo perfected it.

To all the complainers of how easy Pokemon is then move on. It's main target audience is a younger audience or fans of the series. Granted there is too much hand holding but it's a nice looking game. Sun and Moon has nice changes but its time to add a difficulty setting for experience players.

The reason that Mario Party fails for the 3DS is that it does not work for the handheld unless there are a few people who have the 3DS to play with you cause as a single player it is boring. The Mario Party series were meant to play on game consoles to play with your friends.

If you are a fan of the Dragon Quest games you will not be disappointed but you must be patient. Because for the first few hours you must do errands instead of battles. Dragon Quest VII for the 3DS is a great looking remake and if you never played it give it a trey.

Bravely Second has a good battle system and the variety of jobs but what holds this game down is the story. It is too juvenile and has bad voice acting. Either it gets lost in translation or Nintendo is catering to a young teen audience.

This is a must own for any fan of Mega Man. If you are still an owner of the older 3DS XL I recommend for you to buy it from e-Shop cause its half the price.

I would have given Steamworld Heist a 10 but one thing held it back. That was the inventory system it was too cumbersome and I wished they can make a patch to fix it. Otherwise it is a fun game.

Tri Force Heroes feels like it should be an additional mode for the rerelease of The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker for the Wii U cause as an independent game even for the 3DS it does not work. It is a decent co op but it fails as a single player cause the two Link clones is mindless. It is this reason that causes it too have a very short replayable lifespan. Once Hyrule Heroes for the 3DS is released Triforce will be ignored and expect a price drop next year.

Mario Tennis Utra Smash was deliberately rushed for the Christmas season. It is bare bones and the weakest of the series. Hopefully Nintendo will fix this with a free download.

The Lego series for the 3DS has got to come to an end. There is no difference in all of the Lego games no matter if its Lego Hobbit and now Lego Jurassic World. There is no open world exploration just the same old linear gameplay just replace it with dinosaurs. This type of Lego game was not changed since the DS. It is the same crass capitalization of movie games.

Graphically Pokemon X/Y is the best but two things hold it back. That is lack of Pokemon and the ease of gym battles.. As for lack of new Pokemon it is apparent that GameFreak has ran out of ideas for new varieties but what gets me is the ease of the battles. It is about time that GameFreak put a skill level for newcomers and expert players.

I am sorry that I never played this jem when it came out for the N64 15 years ago. It was most likely the same reasons that other people who didn't play it. It came out rather late of the N64's lifecycle and it was unusual.

I know that its a good game but it is the same Mario Vs Donkey Kong games on the DS. The $19.99 pricetag even that its for the 3DS and the WiiU does not justify the price.

First off this is a portable version of Super Smash Bros so to compare it to the console versions is unfair so you have to give Nintendo a few breaks. The characters has to be small so they can fit on the 3DS XL. To all who have the original 3DS Smash will be hard to play. Hopefully the new 3DS XL with the second stick and faster processing speed will address the problems. With that said it is a fun game.

Last year we had the abomination Adventure Time Explore The Dungeons and I thought that it was the worst game for the 3DS but I was wrong. The Amazing Spider-man 2 is far worse. There is no free roaming and Spider-Man is a tiny sprite. This game should be an app for 99 cents. Iknow that the 3DS is a hanheld but Nintendo has to step up and stop third party developers like Activision from releasing crap.

There is no excuse for the Lego games for the Vita to be the same as DS ones. The Vita is capable of having PS3 graphics but Tt games won't put a drop of effort. It is clear that it has become a cash cow and we must stop buying this series anymore.

There is nothing "New" about Yoshi's New Island. Nintendo brought nothing innovated to the franchise and the artwork and especially the music is so childish that only kids under 4 would like it. After one minute I turned off the volume. I wished that Nintendo would have created a different soundtrack for older fans.

The party is over. Mario Party Island Tour is a boring and that's the problem because it depends wholly on multiplayer and if there's none then it fails.

If you are expecting a console experience forThe Lego Movie you can forget it. It has the same gameplay as the other Lego games for the DS/3DS very short.

Although Dream Team is not as good as Bowser's Inside Story it has the unique feature of Luigimation. I agree with previous posts that there is too much hand holding tutorials. Another downside is the story. It starts off real slow which may be a turnoff to younger players or gamers playing the series for a first time.

The Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is an amazing game given that its on the 3DS. It brings on all the greatness of the Link To The Past without being an anachronism. It also brings back what is missing today and that is the single player experience which means having a great story.

The second Adventure Time videogame is why I hate licensed games. This should be an e-shop game with a $4.00 price tag cause its all its worth. If you take the Adventure Time characters out and put generic characters no one would give this game a second look. They promised voice acting but its barely used. WayFoward apparently sold out for the quick buck at the cost of its reputation. As for the game its boring and repetitive. Avoid it.

This game is the final insult to the show which got cancelled too soon. I have never seen such a broken game. I wished that there was a demo so I could have avoided this crap.

Sonic's biggest problem today was his biggest asset and that is his speed. In a 3D world this is where Mario dominates. Mario had more control in 3D over Sonic. Sega has really have to be able to transition Sonic to a 3D world or leave him into a 2D side scroller.

Like last year's Adventure Time game Regular Show has no voice acting. Except for being a liscensed game this feels like a generic game that should be a bargain price.

If you are expecting an open world Batman game then you are going to be disappointed. Batman Arkham Origins: Blackgate is a Metroidvania game. As for Batman you ar limited to punches. His gadgets such as Batarangs are only available when an icon shows up on screen. I am disappointed by this game but it's not horrible.

Pokemon X and Y is an improvement over the DS Pokemon games while maintaining its roots. Granted longtime players will want to see more change but given that Nintendo and GameFreak targets a younger audience then you have to grin and bear it or move on. Pokemon X and Y wisely had the player being able to run in the beginning to speed up the game. The one thing they could improve on is having the ability to control your Pokemon so you can dodge attacks.

Project X Zone is a shallow Fire Emblem turn base RPG. It's big selling point is the Sega, Namco and Capcom team up with its popular characters. Why this game disappoints is that it mixes the genres of a fighting and shooting and put them into a RPG which sadly doesn't fit cause it limits them to a few moves.

Fire Emblem: Awakening is one of the best games for the 3DS but only if you like the genre of turn base combat and micro managing the soldiers under your command. The is no exploration except for picking places on a map. It is also a costly game for buying extra content.

Once again the 3DS gets yet another mediocre Lego game. Granted no one expects it to be the same as the Wii U version but the 3DS can do better than this shallow game. This game has a lot of fog much like the N64 games but its over 15 years late and such technical issues should have been dealt with.

Being a game targeted to a young audience Nintendo should have put on the brakes on having to pay for extra content. This only proves that going digital will be a curse on gamers young and old alike cause publishers like Activision will take advantage.

The problem with Sonic Rush and Sonic games is that it's too fast for its own good. The reason that Mario was better than Sonic was there was finesse with Mario over Sonic's hyperspeed.

Castlevania Mirror Of Fate is a good game but it's not without its flaws. In ways it does look like a portable Devil May Cry game with its style and gameplay. But given that it is a 3DS game and not a PS3 or Xbox 360 game give it a break.

Jack Tretton from Sony should resign or be fired. He mismanaged the Vita from the start. Call Of Duty is a bigger mess than Resistance Burning Skies. Sony and Activision should have given Nihilistic the boot. It was clearly obvious that Declassified was horrible cause Activision didn't endorse it on their website. The Vita should be renamed the Morte the latin name for death cause the Vita is beyond saving.

If this is the final Pokemon game for the DS it's going out with a whimper not with a bang. I am not saying that Black and White 2 is a bad game it is the same game all over yet again. You start with the same starter Pokemon from Black and White and build up it stats all over again. What I would have liked to see is that you pick all of the starters Pokemon from all the regions such as Bulbasaur or Charmander. When a new Pokemon game comes out for the 3DS GameFreak needs to totally rebuild this series from top to bottom.
