Yes, the game looks beautiful. Yes, it has a great soundtrack. But that's it. Modern Sonic has buggy levels and less mechanics than before, Classic Sonic has been pretty much butchered, especially with the superior Sonic Mania, The Avatar was boring to play as, Shadow played exactly the same as Sonic, Super Sonic was an invincible reskin and offered no speed bonuses, Episode Shadow was disappointing, the story was bland and tasteless, Infinite was a disappointing villain and the game is shorter than Sonic Mania and that was cheaper. A above average game at best.

I never expected to get a 2D Dragon Ball game at all!!! This was a welcome change of pace. These are the best graphics I've seen in an Dragon Ball Game. All of the characters play differently and have their own strengths and weaknesses, the soundtrack is at its best, the AWESOME Dramatic Finishes, and explosive 3 vs 3 Team Battles, this is one of the greatest Dragon Ball Games of all time. BUT, the story is very repetitive, and it needs more content for the Offline Audience, as outside from Arcade, Story, Local Battle, and a (well deserved) customizable tournament mode, there isn't much to do for the Offline Audience. Other than those minor complaints, I found this to be a damn near perfect Dragon Ball game, up there with Budokai 3 and Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is an improvement over its predecessor, but XV2 repeats way too much the first entry did. Also, the HUGE roster is good and all, but all of the characters play the same and can be quite unbalanced. The game keeps getting updates, but with each passing update, comes with new issues not present at launch. But Character Customization is better than ever, and fighting is much more fast paced. I recommend it to any one who wants to put them self in Dragon Ball.

Yes, I do hate the new take on Dante, Vergil and Mundus. I really do. But the game is so fun to play. Between the constant combat, fear of the very city itself killing you, and the very nice soundtrack, DmC: Devil May Cry is a nice hack and slash that I recommend to past and new Devil May Cry fans.
