EA levels of shamelessness. How the f*ck can anybody genuinely try and defend two tiers of paid season passes? Pair that with arbitrary, and arguably illegal messages of "800% value" when there's absolutely no rhyme or reason to those values, and you have one of the most predatory games to have released in recent history. Activision Blizzard is pathetic, and should just throw in the towel already and just become Konami. Just be transparent and tell us that you're putting out casino games.

I love SDS, since they're pretty generous in an otherwise malicious, greedy sector of the video game industry. However, with this year's addition of what literally amounted to a console seller for me, they took bold new steps in the wrong direction: They completely destroyed create a player for Diamond Dynasty while also completely destroying Road To The Show for players that choose to play singleplayer: Their 'new direction' was literally a loss for everybody involved. Aside from these horrendous new decisions, completely hampering players, there are also these issues to consider: • God awful, convoluted, unintuitive new UI, despite the old one being perfectly fine. It seriously looks like it's in developer mode, and they even changed the way player stats are viewed, which is also way harder to quickly get a quick glance at and know what you're seeing. •Unplayability due to server issues (despite me buying the deluxe edition to get 'early access', I've been barely able to play). SDS for some reason thought that with forced online integration of singleplayer modes, and two generations of two consoles all connecting to their servers at once, they'd be fine. •Checked swing nerf makes checked swings more realistic, but instead of it only really penalizing power swings like it did in prior games, it makes checked swings worthless: You no longer get rewarded for being able to just BARELY stay alive in a pitch count. •Swing power seems like it's been nerfed heavily across the board. In 13 DD games (I'd play more but the servers aren't working ever) I've only gotten maybe 3 home runs. My team has low to mid power, but the problem is that with the hitting nerfed so much, 90% of my perfect-perfect hits are fly outs. Hitting has never felt so weak in these games, which is ironic given that they made fielding exponentially better. •RTTS completely gutted; it's now pay to win if you want a player at a specific position, and you can only have one position as opposed to any position at any time before. Progress is slowed and directly tied to DD, and the player is overall much worse. What used to cost up to 200K stubs for a maxed out create-a-player, has now resulted in clickbait titles on YouTube talking about how they spent 1M stubs on the created player. My friend got this game for the first time, while I've been playing for 7 years now, and after me telling him all the great things about this game and how amazing it is, he's greeted with all of the problems I'm having.

Either keep playing Farming Simulator Switch, or play Farming Simulator 18 on your phone or tablet. Both of these games are better than this overpriced mobile game. You can literally spend 1/10th what Nintendo is charging to play it on a mobile **** I wouldn’t recommend it since it’s horrendously optimized for mobile. It’s almost as if they didn’t know whether to make a Switch game and port it to phones, or make a mobile game and port it to Switch, and after removing features from the both mobile and Switch FS, they settled on making a single game that’s universally bad. This release epitomizes a game developer taking steps back. But hey, if GameFreak can do it, so can Giants.

If you consider this game a successor to the spin-off, cashgrab, waste-of-resources 'Let's Go' games, you'll still be disappointed. Just remember that X/Y introduced a new Pokemon type, Megas, Online (easy to use), and 721 3D modeled Pokemon, while Sword and Shield focused on Little Town Hero and Pokemon Let's Go, and then lied about their laziness and ported models that Junichi Masuda worked his ass off for. Literally every excuse GameFreak gave for Sword and Shield can be debunked by comparing it to the technological achievement that X/Y was. By the way, Dynamax is basically the same as Z-Moves, where only a few Pokemon have 'unique' models, while every other one uses the same generic animation (in this case, it's just a filter with clouds above them) and you can't Dynamax anywhere other than the Gym that took LITERALLY under 10 minutes to beat entirely. I named Sobble Blastoise, btw.

All the negative reviews are by people too dumb to update their drivers. If you look at the game as kind of a more 'realistic', multiplayer 'Just Cause', that focuses more on weapons and taking you time to do things, you'll have super fun. However, I do think that this game would get pretty mundane pretty fast if you weren't goofing off with a few friends while playing it. -2 score for having helicopters with guns, but having helicopters with no ability to strafe (turning is all roll).

When good devs go bad. Would have rated this game an 8/10 (8 because of its repetitiveness) before, but OVERKILL has become one more publisher/developer that has been corrupted by the trend of microtransactions. I am just praying that something super catastrophic happens within the gaming world that sparks a big enough outcry for people to completely boycott (or boycott to the point of companies losing money). Until then, blame little kids dishing out all of their allowance on microtransactions in games.

Can any of you guys really expect seriously bad reviews when it comes to Monster Hunter? You guys already know what is great about the game, so this 'review' is more of just my thoughts on the game itself. My buddies that I spent hundreds of hours playing with back on Freedom for the PSP are all around the province (Ontario), and now we're able to play together any time instead of just locally when they're back home during reading week. You'll always miss some things from the previous Monster Hunter, but any of you long-time players think about how funny it is that in new MH you play, you'll end up saying "Man, I miss back in -insert last version- **** EVERY version. Even though you'll miss some things from a previous Monster Hunter, we'll always learn to love the current versions features just as much. The online experience is pretty insane (in a good way) considering how large the community is. Since I'm Canadian, I'm always afraid about the size of community that plays games, and how fast I'll be matched with other players, but I was playing with my friend a few minutes ago, and while we decided to watch a quick 2 minute YouTube video, we had 2 more people join that are looking to do the exact same quest. The framerate is unbelievable, too. A game like MH on a portable system is always pretty remarkable, and even when you take the fact that the map is preloaded into account, the speed at which you change areas is still as fast as ever. I was playing with somebody that had Spanish commands (which you can customize, by the way), and there was no lag that I was aware of. If there was, then you'd have to be scrutinizing the player for any hint of it. The only thing that I can think of that could make the game better, and the only reason why I'm not rating this a 10/10 is because I wish the graphics of this Monster Hunter would have a large amount of anti-aliasing since you're playing on a relatively small screen. Unfortunately, if you're playing on a regular 3ds, you'll have a difficult time seeing everything clearly, since me (personally) not having the most easy time seeing everything clearly on a 3DSxl is an issue for me. But my eyesight isn't anywhere near perfect, so the reason why I'm giving it a 9/10 could easily be based on something that only applies to me. Lastly, None of what I (and everybody else that reviewed the game) said makes any difference since I'm 95% sure that you guys already insta-bought the game and are just checking to see if it got the reviews/ratings that it deserves. ;)

Both a review and a response to 'Captain Murph' that gave it a 0. First, I'll give a short review: The graphics are stunning, and that's pretty much all you can say about the graphics. The slow-motion crashes never get old, since they happen throughout the massive map, so even if you get the same type of crash, you'll be getting the crash in a different way/reason throughout the game. The game play is fast paced, and even for messing around, you'll be able to have hours of fun. If you play it for long enough, and learn the street names, you'll be able to find your way around the map without the use of a mini-map at all. The different types of cars are awesome since each car is for different playstyles, which adds even more fun to the game. I do however wish that there was more in-depth customization; it would compliment the amazing graphics that the game features. In response to CaptainMurph: First off, he rated it a 0 simply because his opinions have convinced himself that he's the only one that's right when it comes to the quality of this game. But you can already probably tell by just reading his review that everything he wrote is based on his preferences and opinions alone, as opposed to facts. A portion of his review is him criticizing the lack of mouse control and how it is designed for a controller. The fact that he expects racing games to be optimized for keyboards is stupid in itself, and even then, if he plans on playing the game by remaining in the menu the entire time, then what he says is still stupid. With the music and radio that HE doesn't like, you can just turn them off in the settings, which obviously is too difficult for him if he can't spend 10 seconds navigating to the 'options' in the menu. The handling of the cars is nothing like GTA; if you're able to drift for 30 seconds+ in GTA, then he is still wrong, since the other aspects of the mechanics are different from GTA. If you're reviewing this game, you already know that. I'd like to finish by noting that when he said " The only time you will lose is if you go the wrong way or crash a lot, and even then you will usually win.", he displayed a perfect example of contradicting yourself.

As amazing as this remake is, I still can't say that it's the best Pokemon game they've put out. If this game came out before X/Y, then this game would be be a 10/10, but aside from it being nostalgic as heck, I was disappointed by how much of a downgrade it is from X/Y. I play Pokemon for the competitive battling and training. I can definitely say that X/Y was the first game that made building a strong competitive team easy enough for everybody. The whole Buzznav thing is just unnecessary and to be quite honest, annoying. Nobody cares, let alone wants to be spammed with what area the person you just wonder-traded found a Pokemon. You'd think that they'd make a Ruby port more than just a Ruby port instead of just, as much as I hate to say it, cookie cut X/Y and call it a new game. I honestly believe that this game took the developers the least amount of effort to put together. Although, the whole Pokemon search thing is really neat. Basically, if you're looking for 'only' a remake of your favourite game, get your hopes up since this remake is perfect in regards to remakes go. But if you're like me, being excited about all the post-game play, and all the cool features that I'd expect to be brought over from X/Y, don't get your hopes exceedingly high. But all-in-all, it's still a Pokemon game, which automatically makes it an amazingly fun game to play and pour hours into, so even if it is a downgrade from X/Y, it's still a Pokemon game.

I think I've only written one review before, but as somebody that isn't the best at RTS games, (but still loves them to death... Started with AoE.) I've loved and played CoH for hundreds of hours. I definitely do understand the frustration from a lot of thew reviewers about how unbalanced and buggy the expansion is, but you guys have to keep in mind that the expansion just recently came out. I knew that there would be several patches for the expansion, but the frequency of these patches has been far beyond my expectation. For those who don't like how the armies are right now, I'd just suggest playing the Soviets or the Wehrmacht while the guys over at Sega/Relic continue to smoothen things out. I can't speak for all of you guys, but I'm fairly sure that the ones who are more frustrated with the expansion are the ones that play the game more competitively, as opposed to people like me who find the change refreshing. Giving it a 9 because the only part that bothers me right now is the difficulty of unlocking new commanders. But this is as of now, as I know that there will eventually be more commanders available... Unfortunately they'll be DLC. Anyway, if you guys don't like the expansion, all I have to say is to just try and wait things out until it's more 'playable'. Until then, just keep playing Soviets/Wehrmacht, or the legendary CoH 1. ;)

For PC, this game lives up to its name, as it brings unreal amounts of frustration and hatred towards the dev's at iD. I'm giving it a 1 because it's a fun game, but a only a 1 because it's a game that you can barely play (If you're able to play it at all). I've never, ever, EVER played a port so excruciatingly bad in my entire life The adventure begins at the menu as you struggle to have your cursor move smoothly, as it likes stopping in place, more than it does moving. I truly believe that the dev's had one person test this game for 15 minutes, and left the buyers to continue testing the game, only for there to be no final, working version.

BUY A 360 CONTROLLER BEFORE YOU BUY IT. As somebody that usually hates platformers, after watching some trailers of Rogue Legacy, I thought it had a lot of humour in it. But what really captured my attention was the tons of equipment and upgrades. The game is difficult, but as you progress, and learn the controls and actions of the mobs, it becomes fast paced, fluid, and most of all: intense. I've been playing it for hours and hours, and I feel like you just can't stop playing. It's so exciting and fast paced. It's very, very rewarding when you get loot, and come back knowing you're able to upgrade your castle(stat upgrades), and buy equipment. Great game. Buy it.

CoH 2 plays like, and feels like the first one, which I love. Since it has the same feel and play-style as the first one, I can't help but rate it at least an 8. However, there are a lot of things I feel that are wrong with the game; I don't think the flaws should impact your decision to buy it. The game definitely feels incomplete with the lack of sandbags (only conscripts can build sandbags, which have a set size and do not allow you to make a continuous line like barbed wire; They are frustrating to place, and still are difficult to have a squad be completely in hard cover. The Germans have ZERO sandbag emplacements and their only somewhat defensive emplacement is a bunker. The lack of tank traps and sandbags are very aggravating, ESPECIALLY when the game has virtually no natural hard cover (compared to the first one). Oh, and since you can't build tank traps, you can't prevent tanks from destroying your sandbags. They have done quite a bit of fixing to the balancing of units, but it's not enough to change the fact that Russians are an infantry team, and Germans are an armoured team. The German command trees are terrible, and have ZERO special infantry units. Snow maps are absolutely terrible, and the whole blizzard thing should be completely redone. It just pauses the game if you go infantry, and since you can't build tank traps, vehicles run over the firepits all the time. They get destroyed too easily and still cost 100 manpower. The bulletin/perk system is silly, considering 9/10 times, the perks that you'll unlock have virtually no impact on the game. 2% increased accuracy?; completely unnoticeable....especially when you have to play dozens of games to unlock it. I don't want to rant too much, especially since I started off this review as a rating of 9, then I gradually started realizing more and more flaws with the game. HOWEVER... The game is new, and still has a LOT of time for improvement and perhaps they'll add more emplacements with updates. I'm also excited for when they release some expansion packs, which will hopefully have more units. Despite everything negative I've said about this game, I would still recommend it, and would definitely buy it.
