Yes the game is total fan service but the gameplay is solid and has a good cohesive story which is rare to see. My only issue is no platinum trophy but the excellent character models make up for it. Perhaps next it could get a Xbox release.

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers3

My opinion of Wuchang Fallen Feathers is that it's like Tencent decided to make Elden Ring but with bits of Shadow Hearts thrown in. Very much a dark fantasy game like Final Fantasy XVI.

The game is interesting at first but it quickly becomes repetitive and dull. The other factor is that the game has been updated several times and the game was hard to win in the first place, now it's near impossible to win.

The Last Story5

Well the game is exclusive to the Wii and can use the Wii gamepad. The game is interesting, to a degree but it suffers the same problems most Wii games have with most Wii games being nearly unplayable. With a gamepad the game works well, better than most Wii games. Overall the graphics do look dated, but the plot is reasonable for a new RPG IP. An updated Switch version would be great but likely very difficult to implement. It like this game that is terrible, but you just have to keep coming back. If you can get the game cheap and you are really into RPG games this is the game for you, otherwise you're not missing much.

After playing the remastered version on the ps4 I remember why I was not that impressed with the game on the x360. The game is very much like Resident Evil in many ways but with it's own unique twist. If you're looking for a horror type game that this is the game for you.

The game is a interesting challenge with very little being explained. There is no in game manual and I had to press buttons until I figured out the square button brings up the auto map. Have only started the game but it seems to be based in one town with 2 dungeons. Getting items is just weird. All items you get in the dungeons come unidentified then you have to pay the full selling price of an item to identify it so it can be used or sold. And items that are not identified cannot be sold. This whole system that you need to pay the full selling price to identity an item means that you are just breaking even selling items, rather then profiting. Still currently available on the ps3, if you have a ps3 and are looking for a challenge it not bad to check out, it also has a platinum trophy. But I forgot the best part of the whole game. If you're main character, the party leader is killed you lose all your items along with all items your party members had and you have to rehire them at a higher price. This can be avoided by quitting the game since you have to manually save the game.

Basically it a metrovalia type game with a mediocre story. I don't understand why it is only available on the ps5 and series Xbox when it is also available on the switch. Personally I am not a huge of metrovalia type games so this game is not for me.

The game sounds good but I immediately had issues with the game. The graphics are cartoon like, board line south park animation. Then the combat system is basically a card game, think Magic the gathering. I never imagined it would be so terrible, so thankfully I didn't waste money on it.

Tunic10
Oct 21, 2023
This is one of my favourite recent games, which is currently available on game pass. The game very much has the feel of the original Legend of Zelda for the nes. The real enjoyment of this game is the amount of exploration and solving the mysteries of the world which slowly becomes more apparent. The unique aspect of the game is that you have to find the game manual in game to slowly unlock more of the world, very original. Tunic is how a retro style game should be done, not just make a dull game with terrible graphics.

Sid Meier's Civilization VI7

Works excellent on the Series S. The game needs the expansion packs to be truly enjoyable. The game works on the X1, but does run into memory overload at times. Wish the game explained that only melee units can capture cities and ranged units can't capture cities.

Surprisingly doesn't run well on the ps4. I originally played the game on the x1 and was surprised that I could easily see the game struggled on the ps4 even the original X1 had less problems. Overall the base game is mediocre but the real game is with the expansion pack, without this the game is not that much fun. The game refuses to tell you you can't capture cities with range units only melee units can capture cities. Also in the base game the AI is erratic and doesn't seem to have any reasons but in the expansions the AI is more balanced.

Not bad, but unfortunately it is hard to really hold my interest to keep playing the game. I do like the game but at the same time you are largely working on the game chapter by chapter and there is only so much that can be done in a chapter. After a bit of trial and error I defeated the chapter bosses but all of them are brutal tough which made the game less enjoyable. The chapters can be finished on easy but you need to complete the chapters on normal to unlock chapter select. And the story is different from the original but for the most part the changes make sense. For me it a game you finish it up perhaps get as many trophies and you can then never play again.

Enjoyable game for the ps4. Was originally released for the Vita, then later released for the ps4, ps5, Windows, stream and other platforms. Currently available on ps + extra and frequent goes on sale. Overall a enjoyable game but there are huge difficulty spikes right at the beginning. Fair warning for any trophy hunters you will need to play the game on hard then on nightmare for the platinum. I personally found even the normal difficulty challenging when dealing with the boss encounters. The whole game is focused on exploration and discovering new areas. If you want a challenge the start on hard then nightmare. If you just want to enjoy the story then go for easy and you can still get most trophies.

It looks like a ok game but the constant swearing is totally annoying. Every few minutes in the game all you hear is swearing. A total pass.
