Not much new apart from two new races and a few new units but if you enjoyed the previous game, you'll enjoy this. The problem is the game crashes at the end of certain campaign missions and during load screens and the only fix is to set the graphics settings but the lowest possible but even this doesn't work 100% for the time.

A very solid sequel the the first Dawn of War. While there's no campaign, there is a map-conquest mode where you choose a race and fight other races for control. You can upgrade your hero and it's actually not bad and still holds up in 2022.

Game stutters in new areas or every time a new animation plays out on my 3080 Ti / Ryzen 9 so can't really recommend right now...... but.......underneath the stutter which I've now accepted as just DLC for all games released this year, there is a good game with addictive combat and will probably be a pretty decent Marvel game.

I still get some stutters during action heavy scenes but it's nowhere as noticeable or annoying as before. You kinda got to give them props for putting out a patch this quick but also, why not just wait one day lol. In terms of the game - it looks amazing and the atmosphere perfect. As some who is big on action horror games like Dead Space and Resident Evil, I can easily recommend this. The game settings gives me real Event Horizon/Pandorum vibes so if you have issues and enjoy those movies like me then you'll like this. It's not exactly Dead Space, but that's what we have the Dead Space remake for. The gameplay trailers showed exactly what this game is like and I pretty happy with what I got.

Dec 4, 2022
Was a huge fan of Splinter Cell: Conviction so I thought this game would be more of that but it wasn't. The game has a different feel to the first one and that's probably due to it being developed by another studio. Blacklist feels more like DLC to the first game than a sequel with most of the best features from the first game removed or changed. The game also will crash every 10 minutes if you run it in full-screen. Instead you have to run it windowed....

The third piece of the Legacy of the First Blade DLC is more of what you experienced in the first previous parts. It's a solid conclusion the story arc offering a good ending to the story so far and contains some of the better equipment out of all the DLC and one of the more useful skills. Unfortunately due to choices that were forced upon me in the previous DLC, my ending didn't feel like my own and I had no emotional attachment or care to the ending or how it played out. In terms of length, it's probably the longest piece of DLC, but still only took me a couple of hours to 100%. Give it a miss if you haven't enjoyed anything so far, but for those who have enjoyed the Legacy of the First Blade, I think you'll enjoy this.

When people ask me what is the greatest game I've ever played, The Witcher 3:Wild Hunt comes to mind ever-time. I can't fault anything about this game and when there is a small thing I think about, it's drown out but everything the game does right and how it got me so invested in the story and made me care about the characters. One of the greatest games I've played. Pretty big Metal Gear Solid fan, having played Metal Gear Solid, Snake Eater, Peace Walker & Ground Zeroes. I always loved how crazy and bizarre the story gets while yet maintaining this strong sense of realism. The story is action-packed and always kept me interested. The game-play has great mechanics and interconnected systems which allow you heaps of freedom in these semi open world maps to how you carry out objectives. You have a base you can upgrade and fill with staff by recruiting them while on missions, and let me tell ya, nothing will ever beat fulton ballooning people to the sky. I feel if you enjoy previous Metal Gear Solid games or stealth action games this one could be for you. Hands down in my top games ever. My only complaint is the ending and tiny parts of the story and it is because the story wasn't actually finished and part were cut to make the release.
