Performance issues even if with 5070 and framegen, the game far is too demanding for what it delivers, as the usual UE5 open world mess.
Also shader compiling every time ? Start the game... compiling shader, minutes lost. Oh wait there is and update ! Let me restart the game for you... Update, shader compiling before main menu, shader compiling after starting game... What a mess, i can't lose 10 minutes on a good pc with pcie 4.0 nvme to start the game every few day.
The usual mess **** made with the infamous UE5, featuring frankly ridiculous graphics compared to the demanding hardware requirements. Apart from the cars, the game world looks all the same and straight out of the PS2 era. Engine sounds are okay, but everything else is awful. The driving model is extremely arcade-like, with embarrassingly bad collisions against walls and other cars.
If you can get past that, there are plenty of typical Japanese cars, the tuning and visual customization aspects are quite well done, and the concept of highway battles is well executed — it really makes you want to challenge the next opponent.
The game is well made, although not very optimized. Overall, it's a solid title if you enjoy off-road and building simulators. Some things still need fixing — the crane controls are terrible, as is the camera when using the crane. Picking up logs is even worse, a frustrating experience. All the vehicles are way too slow; you basically move at a walking pace, and I’d be faster running from one place to another.
The story is really good, the gameplay and gunplay are good too. The only thing i didn't found so nice is the limited resource and the need to scavenge every single drawer. Too many hours of the game is from opening drawers to get 1/2 ammo.
Not bad... But the story is a bit lacking and confusing. I liked the melee combat system, your two handed weapons hits feels really heavy. Gets a little boring after 20 hours, i rushed to the end before getting tired of the game.
The good stuff... Tifa, the story.
The bad: stuttering, generally bad performance, repetitive tasks, very long cutscenes even at 2x, unskippable tedious and repetitive animation like end of mission points, scanning stuff.
There are some bugs and fps drops a lot in certain situation... I like the combat system but sometimes the game lose focus on the target. However the story, lore and rpg part is so brilliant that it made me play many hours a day until its end. Solid 10 for this.
The combat and graphics are good, what you espect from an AAA title, although the characters are not particularly well-designed or epic. The story is quite predictable, and the forced inclusive references significantly ruin the immersion in the game. On top of that, it's never possible to respond with "Who cares about your problems" reflecting a typical chaotic evil attitude that should be present in a role-playing game. And the dialogues... From the selection, you can never tell what the character is about to say. Why not put the entire sentence directly in the selection instead of a vague hint that doesn't reflect what the player expects?
The loot sistem is horrible and unrewarding.
Furthermore, the chests scattered everywhere also break the immersion... A giant dragon is destroying the city, but wait, let me stop for a moment in this storage room to see if I can find 2 units of wood.
In summary, unfortunately, a potentially great game ruined by poor storytelling, bland characters, and unconventional gameplay choices that are not necessarily better than the classic approach.
You need a very good pc to play and there are some graphic glitches with my 3070. Still the story is good and the gameplay is fun !
I would like robocop to be a little faster at least outside combat, and yes i know the original robocop didn't run.
Played with the 1.1.0.0. and 3070. Somewhat playable at not so high settings. The real pro of this game is it's story. Combat is average and i really hate the limited supply of ammo while enemies have infinite ammo. They also rarely drops ammo when killed.
I do not understand the hype and the critics reviews. It's a big, empty open world, without tutorial, quest, lore, loot. Sluggish controls and graphics is worst than modded skyrim. 5 hours play time and it's already boring. If you take away the difficulty (and you can on pc with cheat engine) there is nothing left, a big dead, empty world where nothing happens. Go and learn what a 10/10 open world is by playing RDR2.
Ok è abbastanza divertente, tante discipline e ovviamente molto arcade.
So nice having to wait ten minutes while the game "optimize stuff for your PC" then having texture and models **** up. Then you change drivers and wait another ten minutes to see that it is still **** up.
I'm running on AMD RX580 and it crashes every 5 minutes. Graphics looks like a game from 10 years ago. Semi naked good looking female androids are the only good things of this game
Graphic from ps2, really boring combat system. The story looks nice, but you don't have any choice to make. Played 10 hours and really can't go on anymore, too boring.
Unplayable, lag and stuttering everywhere, and sometimes the frame rate drops to a single digit number. And even if i tried to like the gameplay i can't really stand the hour long live action cutscene.
I can stand the low fps, the not so good graphic, and also some random crashes. I like the music. What i don't really like is the gameplay, so boring and repetitive. Kill all the guys, kill 2 minor boss, kill a major boss, repeat. Where is the wonderful story and the thrill from the first mafia ? It's all gone. A bad GTA clone.
Boring and repetitive gameplay, no gravity difference between a moon and a planet. The ancient ruin and ship crash site are the same everywhere.
Horrific interface and menus.
2025 update, a little better but in all this time they didn't fix the interface and menus, buying or learning new words updates force you to go in and out the dialogue menu, star map is an unusable mess, planet map is a mess too.
This game should be called CoD LSD Trip Ops... Aside from the terrible lags even with a good system, the story is really unepic, the worst CoD i ever played...
Not a bad game overall, but texture looks terrible even at ultra settings, like someone puked on my armor :| Having to run around to gather every single piece of junk to build your settlement is tedious. Worth playing but not worth 60 euros
Is it good Yes, it adds new powers and mech to your combad squad, adds some new maps and missions. Is it worth 30$ No, its just a big DLC, and they ask too much for it.
Game on PC is unplayable, tearing everywhere, even if i can play most games with high detail, this game is barely playable with low settings. While AC3 was a bad porting but was at least playable, this one is really not worth the money. I really don't think PC gamer deserve a poorly optimized game like this.
Having played saints row the third, i found this game quite dull for its price. Yes i like superpowers, but the whole game feels like a big DLC for saints row 3. The shops are the same, the clothing are the same, even the hairs, the cars and the motorbikes... The side quests are almost the same of SRTT and they became boring really fast. So i think this game is not bad but they can't sold it as a completely new game.
This game is really underrated, the graphics and game mechanics are not so good, there are some issues with the camera and some textures are really awful. Yet the quests are not boring and the story is one of the best i have ever seen in a role playing game, i won't forget the characters i played in this awesome story.
Despite the poor AI and the lack of the fog of war, i quite like the game. I really don't want to play turn based games anymore and this is a good alternative.
However the interface and the management of the inventory is awful. You have to manually go to every militia in the town to give them weapons, and you need to pick up every single loot after every battle. This is very annoying after a battle with 45 soldiers.. it takes half an hour just to loot everything.
