Biggest piece of propaganda made since Mein Kampf. Ignores common sense and actual history, complete victim bias. Don't waste your time

The review bombing from those insecure about learning a more comprehensive and expansive version of American history seems to amount to little more than projection and telling on themselves. I recommend all viewers check out this series for themselves and challenge to find anything contrary to a truthful telling of American history within it.

The camera work is good, so I couldn't give it a zero. However the openly revisionist history means this documentary is anything but truth, it is, in its own words "reframing history." Well, history shouldn't be in any frame. We should objectively look at all angles, and all historical documents. Reframing history to some ugly end with the goal of dividing us is repugnant.

I'm cancelling my Hulu account since they produced this. I was watching for a few episodes, expecting there to be some kind of shift, where they would step back, and explain everything in context. This never happened. I started to feel sick, as I realized I was watching something really unbalanced, and frankly, crazy. Hate mongering, pure and simple.

Wildly inappropriate. Really awful stuff. I can't believe this was produced by a major streaming service. What a shame.

Multiple historians have debunked this drivel. It is not worth any person's time.

I thought it was going to be an objective view of what the project was, presenting it and explaining all sides of its development. For example that Nikole Hannah Jones created it, and it was heavily critiqued by historians due to wild inaccuracies. Nope, I watched it and realized: this is just an incredibly biased promotion of the 1619 project, which is hyper racist conspiracy theories cobbled together by Jones, that have been debunked by multiple historians.
