B-movie version of Lioness. Wooden acting, cringe dialog, 80's style of action with ludicrous bullet sponges. Hard to believe this got seven seasons. Even harder that anyone watches this.

after being caught up on Taylor Sheridan's two seasons of Lioness I thought I'd give Seal Team a shot. After the first ten minutes I looked for another show. Really lame writing and acting. The combat scenes are a joke. David was barely tolerable in Buffy, here he's worse.

Love Sealteam. But I am so disappointed that in season 5 they started swearing and using the F_ _ _word so much. It did not add anything good to the show. Bad language dies not make a show good. It shows lack of language skills!

SEAL Team captures all the action, excitement, and adrenaline of the epitomized military/special-operations motion picture, but balances this with very relevant and real depictions of personal issues, struggles with mental health, and societal problems. As someone with 12+ years of martial arts experience and an avid action film critic, this series has some of the most realistic combat choreography out there, and still manages to be gripping for the viewer. SEAL Team satisfies a quench for action without compromising on realism nor relying heavily on plot armour.

A reasonably solid show but all the team seems to do on their down time is drink alcohol ! Really, is this what professional soldiers esp elite teams do? Enlighten me please !!!

Love this show! Great story telling and depiction of military struggles both home and deployed. Love the ensemble they have put together as well!

I find this show has quite a realistic and unique perspective when compared to other military or action shows. I love the drama and suspense and totally recommend it!
