Fans of the PP movies may find this first series a bit disappointing. Sure, it's got Adam Devine, who's always charmingly funny, but there's very little a cappella singing. Devine plays the title character, who's offered a chance to become famous in Germany. Adding to the fun is the team in Berlin, which includes Flula Borg as the peculiar manager and Sarah Hyland as his quirky cute assistant. While it's never hilarious, there's sufficient comic energy, regular laff lines and a delightful cast to make it a cute trip
