The 12 weakest performers in the onion dicing challenge are tasked with cooking a dish that will 'wow' the judges using only the limited ingredients available in the pantry.

Contestants are brought to Sydney's famous fish markets where their task is to prepare a two course seafood meal in just 2 hours. However that time must also be used to shop for ingredients and make their way back to the kitchen.

With the remaining contestants split into two teams, they must compete to prepare 600 canapes for the exclusive James Bond themed launch of the Martini Club at the Observatory Hotel.

Geni's fig and duck lady cigars is hailed as "the best dish all night". The losing Blue team from the Martini Club challenge are made to cast their votes and eliminate one person from the competition.

Geni, Poh and Andre were in the bottom three and had to make salmon terrine. Again, Poh produced the best dish of the three. Geni, with her injured fingers could not cope and produced the worst dish which ultimately saw her eliminated.

The final five contestants head to Hong Kong for the week. They arrive to be greeted by a Chinese dragon and the judges at the Langham Place hotel where they will stay in the penthouse suite. The week starts with a Dim Sum challenge.

High Tea/Rainbow Fish Challenge. Contestants Andre, Justine and Julie are taken to Lamma Island, near Hong Kong, to visit a local fishing village, where they will compete with a guest chef in a super challenge.

As the winner of the Lamma Island fish challenge, Julie will face off against celebrity chef Donovan Cooke's top apprentice, Tam Kin Pak, in a Hong Kong style cook-off.

Mystery Steamer Challenge and Super Challenge. Men and women compete against in the Hong Kong Super Challenge which takes both teams on a trek across the city for fresh ingredients to recreate a 3 course menu risking elimination.

Justine and Julie landed in the bottom 2 and had to make a sweet and sour duck stir fry. Justine, despite being a frontrunner, produced the worst dish and was eliminated.

It's the final celeb chef challenge and Julie as winner of the Christmas in July challenge faces celeb chef Adrian Richardson; they both cook a stuffed loin of saltbush lamb with pommes gallete and a beetroot glaze.

Poh and Julie compete against each other in three rounds consisting of a taste test, an invention test and a pressure test. Points are earned for each test, with the winner decided based on the final tally.
