As Momo fends off an attack in the outdoor hot spring, Okarun and Jiji panic over how to handle the mysterious room. Just then, the doorbell rings.

Jiji tries to stop Momo and Okarun, who are being controlled by telepathic waves, from committing suicide.

Jiji's possessed by the Evil Eye. Okarun battles him while dodging Death Worm poison attacks underground. Unable to abandon Jiji, he tells Momo to escape alone. Above ground, Momo plans to use sunlight against the Death Worm.

Momo surfaces the Mongolian Death Worm, triggering a volcano. She uses the worm as a fire hose against the lava, but the Kito family interferes. Evil Eye-possessed Jiji appears, worsening the situation.

Momo rescues Okarun and they make it home safely, while Jiji remains under Evil Eye's possession.

Jiji's Evil Eye possession grows stronger. The group attempts exorcism through Hayashi music. When they nearly succeed in forcing Evil Eye out, Jiji begs them to spare Evil Eye's life.

While Seiko trains Jiji to control the Evil Eye, it loses control and attacks Momo. She manages to get through the situation, and Okarun sets out to become stronger in order to defeat the Evil Eye.

Okarun and Aira end up fighting against classical composers. Aira gradually gets the hang of it, but Okarun is unable to dodge the composers' flying musical note bomb attacks. Turbo Granny gives Okarun some advice.

The battle between Okarun and Evil Eye-fied Jiji has begun. Showing the results of his training, Okarun fights toe-to-toe against Evil Eye, going "full throttle.".

In a flashback, Kinta recalls observing Okarun around school, during which he sees Okarun and Momo's accidental kiss. In the present, Kinta approaches Okarun to ask how he managed to befriend Momo and Aira despite his appearance.

Kinta's quick thinking let's Momo and Okarun defeat the invisible "something" that has a golden ball. Its optical camouflage wears off, and out comes a space kaiju. The trio is then attacked by the now-gigantic space kaiju.

Using nanoskin from Momo's house, they build a Buddha robot piloted by Kinta. With Momo's psychic powers and Aira's hair abilities, they fight the space kaiju. Okarun and Jiji get ejected and land in a rice paddy.
