It doesn't really pay off but it was entertaining enough. Good performance of her lead actress, although I never heard of her before but I must admit that now I'll have my eyes on her.

Fetishistically aestheticized. You either connect with a film like this or you don't. I couldn't find meaning in any of this - not metaphor, plot, follow-through, ineffable subtextual transposability - nada connections. Barbara Crampton's specific talents are wasted here. She vamps like a classic on-the-cusp B-movie villainess while the movie lies flatly inert and passive around her. It doesn't mesh. Only Sarah Hagan survives intact.
