It seems there are many fake ratings here. This movie is surely good and shows detailed how the broker went before internet. It will be clear, why stock market has a bad reputation, fortunately you can buy and sell directly on online brokers. This movie has some flaws, for example some not so congenial characters and a nightmare soundtrack.

Great Performances from all the cast especially the lead actor who brings to life a very complex character. In the end, Boiler room is a good film to kill some hours.

Superb acting and an intriguing dramatic storyline makes Boiler Room a great movie few have heard of. Fantastic performances abound by Ribisi, Diesel, Long, Katt, Canan, and Affleck. The storyline is fast paced and takes you into the world of greed and crime. It is hard to feel sympathetic for anyone in the movie but at the same time one grieves with the predicament of Ribisi and hopes that Diesel escapes with a bit of dignity. I wouldn't have expected to like this reading the synopsis and looking at the cover art but I have to say I was quite surprised by how much it has stuck in my mind after seeing it.
