Ultimate NES Remix offers a good collection of gameplay pills to enjoy, but the price is hardly justified. If you have the chance pick up one of the two Wii U episodes, and consider this portable one only if you really enjoyed them, or just want to play outside.

Ultimate NES Remix for 3DS takes sixteen NES classics and sends you on missions that are full of self-mockery. Everytime it is challenging to beat the high scores. An awesome game for on the go, but we cannot understand why this 3DS game offers less content than it's big brother on Wii U.

Very interesting take on nes games. There is a lot of fun but sometimes a lot of frustration as well, especially with more challenging levels. But overall it's really unique game and honestly everyone should at least try it.

Este juego es increíble para echarse un rato jugando o para cuando no tienes nada que jugar y te echas tú ratillo ahí, además es super completo con muchas horas de juego, muchos modos extras y que revive muy bien con los minijuegos la nostalgia de los juegos de antaño.

De verdad la gente solo esta valorando bien ese juego por la nostalgia que tiene de los originales de los cuales las situaciones estan sacadas, pero el juego en si ufff... no vale la pena

Ultimate NES Remix brings the terrific NES Remix series to the 3DS, making the leap from console to mobile with consummate ease. Ultimate NES Remix feels right at home on 3DS, with the variety and challenge breathing new life into some of Nintendo’s most iconic titles. I don’t think it matters who you are: if you like video games, you will love Ultimate NES Remix.

A ton of fun and a good (re)introduction to Nintendo’s 8-Bit classics. Even though it has slight hints of a double rehash, Ultimate NES Remix is still an addicting throwback to the glory days of the Nintendo Entertainment system.

I find this game to be very enjoyable, just fun pick up and play challenges in NES games, which I always love, there is also a championship mode which is actually a really nice addition, however this game could have really benefited from a sort of randomizer, something that gives random challenges, because for now it just feels like once you've done everything in the game theres nothing left to do but select a level.

There's enough variety and challenge on offer in Ultimate NES Remix, not to mention some powerful nostalgia, to keep you glued to the screen for longer than you think 30-second challenges ever could.

The NES Remix games are clever reinventions of classic games. It's just a shame this 3DS edition is so lazy, and far from Ultimate.

A compilation of the best bits of NES remix 1 and 2 for the Wii U. It’s fine, but it just makes you wish you were playing the real games. There are a few NES games missing from the Wii U entries, but those are usually the least integral and more so filler. Overall, this is pretty inoffensive, and if they did this stuff with other old consoles I would be intrigued. Not a must, but it’s solid.

Wow this Ultimate NES Remix was a big disappointment. I think the biggest problem is holding true to the NES scheme of B for B and A for A. The A is so close to the edge of my 3DS that it's problematic and I would have appreciated it to be Y for B and B for A. The game feels like an advertisement for the real games on the virtual shop. As much as I love the idea of NES Remix, it grew to be a tease that I'd rather just play the real games included.

It's stupid. Ultimate NES Remix is a collection of challenges across many classic NES titles such as The Legend of Zelda and Excitebike. The challenges are nothing more than the gameplay fundamentals, and they're insultingly easy. When there's actual challenges, they're ok; nothing more, nothing less. There aren't any sort of online leaderboards, so if you get a high score, congratulations, here's a cookie. If you want to revisit the classics, go to the Eshop and buy the original NES games instead of paying $30 for a 1-2 hours of hand-holding. NES Remix gets a 4/10.
