Like a trip through a prop-filled haunted attraction, The Witch’s House MV captivates with preset scares and gory imagery, an onslaught of retro-imbued horror, inventive puzzles and a surprisingly whimsical attitude toward the protagonist’s frequent death.

All in all The Witch’s House MV is an okay indie horror experience but nothing spectacular, especially given other similar games with more compelling narrative that have since then been released to better effect. However, those familiar with The Witch’s House’s original release may enjoy the slight graphic upgrades and those looking for a short, quick scare might also enjoy this re-release.

A really great horror story coupled with a good adventure game. Puzzles tend to be more of the creepy, rather than the head scratching variety

Fun Enough game for what it is, not necessarily scary although it has a few jumpscares, what really makes the meat of the game is the creativeness of the puzzles, it has a lot of good ideas that are really satisfying to figure out, very short, took me about an hour to complete, overall a good enough experience but nothing really stand out
