Considering the resurgence of the Turtles franchise of late. It’s disappointing to see the brand reduced to this. If Fisher-price produced a game titled ‘My First Beat-em-up, this his would probably bit it. Stick to the pixel perfection of Shredders revenge for your Turtle Time.

Wrath of the Mutants is an old-school arcade port that adds little new to the 'home' version of the game, which can still be completed in about an hour. It's mainly for TMNT collectors and younger fans of the newer turtles.

Beating the entire game takes less than two hours, but it still somehow manages to drag. You can return to the game’s six stages to try and get higher scores, but I had zero interest in doing so. The arcade games of yesteryear sometimes lacked depth, but they at least had a hook that stuck with you and kept you itching to return to pump more quarters into the cabinet. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants strives for the greatness of the influential arcade hits of the past but falls well short. Thanks to uninteresting and annoying gameplay, repetitive enemy and boss encounters, and grating audio design, Wrath of the Mutants is little more than a shell of the series’ glory years.

(MY SCORE : 6 /10) 2D Action Arcade Beat-Em-Up game that is actually fun, especially with the Local Co-op option for up to 4 Players! However, I feel this game is too short and the combat is a bit stiff! In this game, before entering the Level Area, we can choose characters, namely: Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael and Leonardo, to fight Shredder and his troops, in order to save April who was kidnapped by Shredder! In total there are 6 Level Areas to complete this game, namely: NYC, Sewer, T.C.R.I, Amusement Park, Dimension X, and Shredder. LIST OF BOSS I Faced: Bebop. Rocksteady. Chrome Dome. Baxter Stockman. Fish Face. Tiger Claw. The Creep. Rahzar. Kraang. Kraang Subprime. Karai. And ENDING BOSS: Shredder / Super Shredder.

A kid-friendly but uninspired take on the 2017 arcade game, better retro options exist for the TMNT crew.

Excellent port of the arcade and the added content bumps score up. If u were wishing for the port of this awesome beatem up we got it and that’s all we were really hoping **** least for me I was wishing this got a port from day 1.
Only gripe is latency in jumping out of an attack on time and I wish there were limited lives and continues to have more of a challenge.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants takes inspiration from one of the biggest classics of its genre, but fails to attempt to modernize the experience with its shallow gameplay and presentation. The outcome is a weak and repetitive game, even though it's a short one.

Inspired by Turtles in Time, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants certainly plays like a blast from the past. After Shredder's Revenge, you'll likely find its gameplay too basic, however, and it fails to impress in other ways, too.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants is almost an insult to side-scrolling beat ‘em ups. Worst of all, despite this being a budget release, it costs more than the fantastic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge from last year. One to avoid like some green ooze on the sidewalk.
