This strategy based game focused around diabolical murder in order to get some much needed sleep is absolutely wonderful. Different characters, levels, and so much in each level to explore! Definitely worth a look, especially if you need to relieve some stress from frustrating neighbours who maybe party too much.

Party Hard 2 is a serviceable, yet mostly bland game with little going for it besides some of its music and the tense gameplay. Planning out killings without getting caught was the true highlight for me. The story lacks writing prowess and it’s further held back by the low budget production values. Overall, Party Hard 2 is a game I’d only recommend to those interested in some virtual mass murdering.

An evident leap forward from the already notable first chapter. Not every new feature works out well, and the boss fights are here to prove it, but Pinokl’s game stands as an interesting and funny little stealth game.

I really was into the first opus. I loved its story, its gameplay, its arcade die-and-retry package and the light adrenaline feeling whan you manage to master the game and combo-kill many characters without being caught.Unfortunately some of the flaws of the first game did not change from an inch in this one, as the aiming system. In 'Party Hard 2' you can throw objects but without any decent aiming system you often miss your shot and end up wasting a precious move. If the knife aiming was a bit improved, you still can miss incomprehensible **** story was also longer and more detailed but it somehow makes the lore uselessly more complicated. The fact that we don't know a thing about our character in the first game was way better, because we can feel the way he murders uncontrollably, without any real reason. Here we meet many other useless protagonists. In parallel of the scenario, we get some (mini-)boss battles. If the idea is terrific, it's practically bad : bosses have quick and unpredictable patterns, some kill in one-shot, others never really kill but just knock you out. Plus I've never seen such a miserable ending (no spoil). The final boss is overly long, boring, buggy and ends up by giving more confusion to the whole plot. There are still many inconsistencies : some characters never call the police even if you kill under their very eyes while others will seee through walls to turn you in. I had to restart countless games because of that, so it is very frustrating. Add this to the fact that some characters are animated, making impossible to guess the direction they are looking at, and you'll never know the conequences of a simple **** I'm not even speaking about the chase and run's with the police! It is simple: : you can never win. Police runs way faster than you and has a nasty path-finding leading straight to you, systematically. No place to hide, nowhere to run. If the police is called directly on you : you are lost, and have to reload the **** map are huge compared to your standard speed. You spend 3/4 of your gameplay getting closer to your targets and preparing your shots. Add this to the fact that each level has way too many targets to kill in labyrinthine maps and you'll surely get bored, just as me. The characters you unlock after beating the game are way less fun than those you can play in 'Party Hard 1'. If the devs added many objects, hidden rooms, special targets and obectives, it only contributes to make this tutorial-less game more confused and drafty. If only they explained what does what to who it would have been **** conclusion, 'Party Hard 2' is fun thanks to the workshop levels, or when you are very lucky. Some Steam achivements are broken and I had to repeat the missions in order to unlock them grrrrrr. I truly hesitated to buy the bundle with the DLC's. God saved me from it. Some jokes here and there are very funny though.

I really had good time while trying to beat every level of the game. It definitely worth your time.

Party Hard 2 does what all sequels should. It keeps what worked, cuts or changes what didn't, and adds some new stuff to keep things interesting.

Despite solid gameplay, multiple minor errors and frustrations hold Party Hard 2 back from true greatness.

Stab, burn and electrocute your way through annoying midnight parties in this explosive follow-up to the original synth-driven strategy Party Hard. Party Hard 2 combines tactics, stealth and action to create a mad mix of 3D/pixel fun.

This is one of those indie gems, which has improved in some ways compared to its predecessor. The story has a certain connection with the first game, but it is possible to understand it without playing it. I liked it a lot more than the first game in general. It was much better than I expected and still had a twist at the end. Despite this, the focus of the game is by far the gameplay. Which by the way is very good and fun, you need to calculate your actions and be really cold-blooded. The camera more focused on your character made it easier for people to see / watch your character. The goals made the game easier (compared to the first), but it made it a little more arcade and fun in general. They increased boss fights (two in this case). The first is simple, but very functional. And the final boss is very interesting and has a concept behind it, although it is more of a puzzle because after finding out how to beat it is easy. In addition, the game has a decent replay factor. I found the graphics very good, they are in a phenomenal 2.5D that is rarely seen. Descending soundtrack.

PROS: - very fun; - bigger levels that allow different plans; - soundtrack; - artstyle; - new mechanics. CONS: - storyline doesn't work very well; - repetitiveness. Fun and casual game. Go on a rampage!
