One of the funniest games there is. The story and the characters are very fun and the gameplay is fine.

Funny, but the plot is a bit eh, and the main gun is quite annoying at times but it's fun, but not gorey enough for an 18+ game

Good game but i have some complaints. It was short, pretty short for full price. BUT it was extremely enjoyable, funny and fun achievements.

Had alot of fun with this one. Good combat and interesting characters. Although sometimes the talking scenes are a bit long. Basically Doom with funny aliens. Looking forward to playing the second one.

Doom on acid a cool take imo and i like the jokes and the best part is where you can watch a goddamn tv series in the game

Great story, very absurd comedy in this one almost feels like first grade humor some of it. The gameplay is a ton of fun for the first 5-6 hours of grinding then becomes a little repetitive. This games story was fun and creative. I'd say one of the most unique games I've played.. it's one of those games where it's kind of one and done, I feel as if I don't really need to play the second one but might get it just cause.

I like Rick And Morty, but this is kinda sloppy. The story is repetitive, the guns can get really annoying at times and the characters are insanely boring. Hoping High On Life 2 will be better but I wasn't impressed here. However, the open world is great, the comedic bits land mostly and the movement is incredible,

Loved it :) Given, I understand its not everyones cup of tea. If you like their humour - you'll enjoy it, if you don't skip the title.

After playing the second part of this game, I realized how amazing this game actually is. The city is full of NPCs, colorful, vibrant colored city, the jokes are funny and smooth, and it doesn't feel forced. The memes feel amazing, the guns are simple, yet perfect. Not having the skateboard is just better. I have time, to look around, and enjoy the scenery, the map design is just amazing. Truly looks alien, and "lived" in. Lizzie is such a great character that was ruined in the second part of this game. Here she is a wonderful, confused, chaotic girl, truly has sibling feeling. She has the "What the f is going on" power. In high on life 2 they made her this, all knowing character with zero remaining soul, and just overall she looks like she had plastic surgery. Part 2 should have been like a duo game. Bounty hunter and Lizzie. Bounty hunter is more of a shooter character, Lizzie like a melee character. Why melee? She was holding the baseball bat, that would remain iconic with her. Same bat, stronger, yet still chaotic Lizzie. This game is superb. Especially after playing High on Life 2. High on Life 2 is so boring. Same city in that game but there it feels just naked. No colors, almost empty city, story is boring, ruined characters, and the game tries to be more than it is. They add things, but they are boring or straight up broken. And overall the new guns, are so unsatisfying... They don't have the same feeling as Kenny had when you try this game out. Kenny is loud, chaotic, funny, and a good guy. The gun in high on knife was like cringe, the bow, the other guns in episode 2 was just boring. You have in episode 2 like 10 guns or more, and overall I don't care that the gun has like a bad marriage etc. I want the og crew, and maybe 1-2 new guns. The dude that became a gun was like wtf? And then again a new ability... another new stuff that nobody asked for. Part 2 should have been a Lizzie-Bounty hunter duo game. Or like Alan Wake 2. We are interested in Lizzie, not the talking depressed gun with a bad marriage.......... Yes, Lizzie wanted to become a Bounty hunter I know, that's good that she is but like, they forced that she hates us, and overall a duo, would have been the better thing to do. Not a murder mystery... Murder mystery is good i love Danganronpa games, but this one was boring, felt really forced. Part 2 as a game that you can switch between Lizzie and The Bounty hunter would have been good.

I have 2 problems with this game, First of all, the high number of bugs, for example,I cant get B.A.L.L. due a bug where the last golden fish is Missing, it appears at first time, but bue a bug where was impossible to get, it dissapear and I didn't appear anymore, several bugs that happened in the last battle that made me restart the game, or timesthat was freeze the game, with several crash. Second, IS NOT TRANSLATED INTO SPANISH FROM SPAIN. The bad translation made that I have to return into english,I lost a lot of jokes due bad translation, they called "pokeball" into "Pokebola", "Bola de transporte" or "Pokebolla", this is not serious. They destroyed some translations, I know English but I enjoy my lenguage, they destroyed this part, they decided to hire bad translator and it's horrible. I heard Pokemon in the Cinema but they made another translation, MAN, THIS IS A REFERENCE YOU CANT JUST CHANGE THE NAME.

Good game hate how many times I have to to restart the level from the very beginning because I lost the vitals in it I hope they fixed it in the sequel very annoying

The humour tries to disguise what it really is, which is a bland shooter. While I did chuckle at some parts, it was a rather tedious experience.

Mediocre shooter with far too much forced monologuing detracts from an enjoyable experience. Perhaps if they'd put some controls in to skip the juvenile jokes and useless banter it could at least pass as a generic shooter. In its current state however it's just an annoying slog.

Don’t know why People cry about this game being bad, It’s amazing and fanny. Played it 4 times and I love it. I hope the sequel are just as good even without Justin

A game with funny and original language, amazing! The gameplay is great and the story is captivating!

A humor FPS, made by a humor expert, that isn't funny, and it's not a good FPS either.Humor with forced jokes; that rarely works. The story is initially interesting... which could be good if it actually had some continuity and it didn't cease to exist, has we enter in a loop where the only objective is to hunt bosses from an alien cartel without adding much more. The weapons are cool, but the game gets boring early on and doesn't get better. I don't recommend it. The most boring Platinum I've ever achieved.

This game is really cool and come along with gamepass...With a complete localization in all languages could be awesome. Its vwry fun and entertaining..i dunno how long is to beat. But imho at first impression is lovely alien based FPS toon game. So cute characters and enviroment.. Must Play! Ill give it a nine, just to raise the score lowered by ignorants

This game just gets worse the more you play it, extremely bad gunplay, ugly graphics, bugs, and lame humor that eventually grates the nerves.

Fresh and chuckle-inducing to begin with, but over time its dialog can become tiresome and the noise overwhelming, as opposed to its mechanics which are underwhelming.

A mindless fun point and shoot game. Story isn’t anything worth noting really, it seems like a second thought to the gameplay and ridiculous characters/dialogue. Fun though

This game is a bit ****. I started thinking "alright looking good", good graphics, good dialogues full o swearing. However when you get into the first level to kill the bountyhunter you see what is all about. It feels like you're playing Ratchet & Clank in first person, made by an obese blue hair **** in his late 30s that collects funkopops. It really feels like a plataformer action from ps2 full of unappropriate dialogues.

A wonderfully fun game with a wide variety of characters, environments, and humor. Over all, a very unique expérience that is very content dense, easy to enjoy, and not overwhelming whatsoever while maintaining a semi-complex story and deep enough side content as to not get bored. Only demerit is the lack of any deeper RPG or shooter mechanics and a lack of more interesting side characters or stories unlike Yakuza and inconsequential narrative decisions(which I know wasa deliberate stylistic choice). A great game I highly recommend.

High on life is PACKED with creativity and just masterpiece humor. Really good graphics wih vibrant visuals, and the world feels just so alive. The voice acting is so good especially Michael Cusack as Knifey, and that brings as to characters they are really memorable and really likeable. Mechanics i really like them, and quirky info about the abbilities or overall the info about characters, item’s they are filled with just good landing jokes. Exploration is really enjoyable too. Each weapon feels good and fun to use. You can never really predict what is going to happen because this game is filled with **** environments are full of detail.Overall the best thing about high on life is it’s sense of humor, it never takes itself too seriously. Also the storyline is really clever and unpredictable. This is a one of a kind game for me this game is 10/10 it’s a MUST PLAY

Dialogs are funny but overall gameplay is MID. Story itself is acceptable with few good moments. Rest of the game is very simple.

Creo que se debería especificar que este juego está dirigido a personas que aman rick y morty, ya que alguien que no conoce la encanta la series no es una apuesta segura que le vaya a gustar ni a mucho menos, pero quién ama Ricky y morty con este videojuego se van a sentir en ese universo por completo, por los personajes, el diseño de estos, los diálogos.. Como fan, es un regalo increíble y espero que la desarrolladora siga sacando juegos, yo intentaría acercarlos lo máximo posible al universo de Ricky y morty, hay varias cosas que mejorar y que pulir pero en general es un juego que disfrutaras mucho desde luego

If mid was a game it would be High on Life. I like a good chunk of stuff that Justin Roiland has done (professionally not personally) but wow the humor is unbearably unfunny at points. When it comes to video games gameplay should be the top priority but High on Life borrows mechanics from its contemporaries. Don't get me wrong the game does have it's shining moments with a few bounty hunts and NPC interactions but as a whole High on Life is a comedy game which struggles to be funny with gameplay you have definitely seen/played before and the story will remind you of one of the phoned in episodes of Rick and Morty.

Good game... 67 is way too low for this game. They've done a pretty good job for their first game.

High on Life blasts is a hilarious game, jokes might occasionally miss the mark but the crudely charming guns, a bizarre sci-fi world, and a story that's more B-movie riot than Hollywood blockbuster. Combat is good it's not something to write home about, but it's satisfying enough and the boss battles are varied,

I love this type of humor and the gameplay mechanics were pretty enjoable too, so I had a blast playing High on Life. But if you don't enjoy Justin Roiland's dumb humor, this may not be game for you.

Surprisingly one of the best FPS I ever played. Shooting feels responsible and every weapon has its unique feeling while shooting. Movement and platforming are also surprisingly well made. The closest game that was able to make something similar was last Doom. Characters are also remarkable and iconic voices make their personality even better. I cannot help but mention that this game has a very specific humor that is integrated in the game process and therefore the final experience will be mainly defined by your personal sense of humor.

That's probably the most 5/10 game of the 5/10 games out there. The gameplay has very good basics without having any inovations or having any interesting twists to make it fun past the tutorial. The games relies heavily on it's story, more precisely it's humor. That point alone removes at least 4 points, it has the classic rick&mortykind of "repeating the same unfunny joke will make it funny eventually." It's upsides is that it does not try to extend the playtime too much, making it a short game and it's great that way because you get annoyed with the humor pretty quick

The game delivers what it promises. It has a good plot, good gameplay and is also funny. I highly recommend it if you are on Game Pass.

The characters of this game is hilarious, and blends first person shooter with unique cartoonish visual style. It doesn't take risks with new mechanics. I would love to see a sequel to this game.

This game is just funny. Straightforward as far as the gameplay goes, but the NPCs say some outlandish s**t! Cool little secrets. Clever game overall. This is better than many of those beloved "AAA" these artsy critics rave about. Uhumm 2077 is s**t! Cough! Alan Wake 2 is s**t! Cough!
