Half-Life 2: Lost Coast

This is not a real game, it's a demo and it does its job well. It shows off the new high resolution graphics and the new lighting system well, it would have been nice to show us a bit of the city of Sant Olga, or to increase the gameplay a little by 20-25 minutes, just to make it not only last 15, but it's a great demo anyway

Really short and not tied to the story in any particular way, only really released to show the capabilities of the source engine.

Вырезанный уровень из главы "Шоссе 17" из оригинальной игры, теперь в виде графической демки обновленных возможностей движка. Приятно было пробежать за часик, к тому же имеются довольно любопытные сегменты (битва в церкви, например). Если не хватает игр Source эстетики, то рекомендовать можно однозначно. Оценка: 5.

It was fun. Short and sweet. No problems at all. I need to just fill the space in the review to fill the character limit.

Nice short level to showcase their new use of high-dynamic-range rendering. Sad it was only 12 mins worth of gameplay. Not grading this as there was not much to go by. Did have some trouble with some rendering at the start of the level on the dock talking to the old man. Would get flashes of black on some of the farther particles, all went away after the level started. Could of been longer.
