I don’t give this game a 0 because Dante is in it, that’s it, horrible gameplay, horrible bosses (probably the worst bosses I’ve seen in a video game by far) and a confusing story that after beating the game which is also really easy, doesn’t really leaves you with nothing good to remember, god not even the character designs are good, you can honestly play this saga and completely skip this game is just a bad video game

A decent game with good gameplay but broken mechanics. Bosses are greats, the design of all the characters and monsters are amazing. The story is a bit confusing but the developement of the game was disastrous so i forgive them. In my opinion this is the devil may cry that deserve a remake the most. If the story was modified and mechanics fixed we would have a game that could compete against the others devil may cry.

Many of the changes to the gameplay are marginal at best, and many of them can be completely ignored for more conventional methods of slashing and shooting, and while it is fun to try to pull off ultimate action-movie sequences, this thrill only lasts so long.

It's just disappointing to see such an uninspired sequel that simply goes through the motions of being an action game rather than taking advantage of concepts introduced in its predecessor.

While technically polished, the artistic vision of the first game has been lost. There's just not enough style or substance to DMC 2.

To this day, I dont understand why people hate this entry. I bought the game as a kid and beat in in every difficulty. Beating the last one (the "Dante must die" and "the however the girl was called must die") made me a man, i swear. I never struggled so bad and for so long trying something before in my life, at that point.

Una mejoria en cuanto a mecanicas y en graficos lastimosamente solo mejora en eso y nada mas. La historia es inexistente Dante tiene la misma personalidad de tablon de ed,ed y eddy y es injustificable la basura que es la camara en este juego.

Брутальная кастрированость на кончиках рваной легкости с геймплеем на 4 часа за Дануылыча =| Из минусов: - сюжет, рваный кал - персонажи, унылый кал - геймплей, кастрированный кал - прокачка, урезанный кал - сложность, казуальный кал - локации, намешанный кал Из плюсов: - у игры есть свой уникальный стиль, какая то своя брутальность, которая выделяется на фоне остальных игр серии. - в игре зародились крутые фишечки, которые были перенесены в последующие части, бег по стенам, тайные миссии и тд. - сносный дизайн боссов и мобов в целом. 4ре "монеты" из 10ти.
