Even at its relatively cheap $5 price tag, it is difficult to recommend Connection Haunted. The premise could be interesting, but its vague nature means that there's no impetus to pursue the game's endings even though they're short enough to conquer in an afternoon. It is supposed to mimic first-person shooters from the early days of online play, but it looks decidedly worse than most of them, and the performance is passable at best. Worst of all, with no scares of any sort or action or intrigue, the game is utterly boring. Unless you're a collector and absolutely need every single Switch game, it's a hard pass on Connection Haunted.

If you really need a new retro-inspired FPS that’ll get your blood pumping, I’d recommend picking up Post Void instead. While it might not offer the same kind of horror that Connection Haunted tries to capture, at least it scratches that classic PC shooter itch while giving you a reason to keeping coming back for more.

This game is a mix of shooter and horror with the setting of old pc games with well-adjusted graphics in its proposal, the game is very short and has several endings and the real takes you to its continuation rehaunted connection is a very short game is very easy to finish is it has a very complex lore that opens up the possibility of making many theories the game is very fun and manages to hold the user's attention, I particularly liked it a lot but the game loses some points for being extremely short, but still it is a good game.

Connection Haunted has an original concept joined to an interesting game world and several alternative endings. At the same time, it offers little in terms of longevity as its main idea is done with too quickly. Then again, this game does not intend to be a monumental work but rather a simple, if immersive, horror experience. In the end, there's plenty to explore here for a potential sequel.
