Very Niche. I'd suppose if you're a car enthusiast you'd enjoy but not average gamer. It simplifies care mechanics job, and also somewhat teaches you how to do it. Shows you through forced guides at first which later I assume you need to figure out on your own with optional hint lookups / tutorial studies, but this game REALLY IS just a work simulator honestly. To me, it does not feel remotely satisfying. It ain't something like Satisfactory and thats for sure. But I know that the game does have its niche audience. It's an unfun game, but a niche crave will make you love it (**** at its core, there is no satisfaction element to this game for me. The game is so niche that it ignores basic positive feedback loops of game design. A game shouldn't only be considered fun when catering to a very small specific audience. To me, this is just a time rot simulator. A bad game you can dump dozens of hours on mindlessly.

When I have played Car Mechanic Simulator 2021. This game is so realistic for repair the car. It will make you feel like car machanical in garage. In the game have many cars that you can choose and modify. It can give many basic knowledges about car mechanic. Gameplay
- Highly Detailed Mechanics : The game offers an impressive level of depth when it comes to repairing, diagnosing, and upgrading vehicles. Every part of the car, from the engine to the suspension, is interactive and can be replaced or repaired.
- Progression System : The game will start with only small garage and some tools but when you do tasks or missions that will can unlock and upgrade your garage or tools.
- Build by your own : You can create your own car by your style. The game can customize everything since color untill engine. Graphic
- The graphics are realistic, but not as beautiful as AAA games for the graphic. But in the part of detailing, graphic can show all detailing and make you feel more realistic.
- The graphic will focus for make the game feel more realistic by physic. Stound
- The game will use chill songs for make player feel relax and enjoy with game.
- The game will have effect on every action that make feel real and make you look like car mechanical. Technical
- It show you all technical about car mechanical that make more hard for beginner. If you’re not familiar with car mechanics, the game might feel overwhelming at first. However, there is a tutorial and hints to help.
- The game will Limited Open-World Interaction that make unlike other simulation games, you’re mostly confined to your garage, and while there are places to visit. After all, Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 is the game for player that want to learn and understand car mechanicals that make your many choices to create the garages and your own styles cars. It has many details that make enjoy in this game.

While the game offers a great way to learn and understand car mechanics, it ends kind of abruptly. After a few hours in, suddenly you are all maxed out, the challenges are about finding that one broken piece of the car to complete them and quite honestly - there is not much more to do. I come back to the game each two or three weeks to dismantle some suspensions or engines and learn a bit or two about their construction, but that's all. The developer, Playway, should focus on delivering quality games not quantity of games - just look at their release calendar and the quality of products offered. They have a nice thing going but they could gave a great thing going if they tried to do at least one or two releases with a bit more depth.

Very fun and addictive game, even better with mods! I love stripping old cars and rebuilding them from scratch with modifications. Career mode gets tedious pretty quickly though

Recently I have self-hired myself as a game reviewer (I even pay myself with money I earn somwhere else), so I will share my opinion about this game. It's good. But the textures are really bad sometimes. Overall it's a good game.

The game is wonderful, one of my favourites. However, before you spend your money on it, make sure your computer is optimised for the game if it isn't, it can lead to lag, overheating, or BSODs. If it is optimised enough, it can be a good little game to pass the time.

Absolutely amazing game with tons of gameplay as you can work car jobs or buy + fix cars yourself. The drag racing dlc also gives you another avenue to make money + actually use your cars instead of fixing and selling/storing them. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 10 is some missing features that would wrap it all together like driving the cars around your lot or more uses for the warehouse.

This type of game can be very addicting when you play the whole story mode & that itself is very fun. However I feel like there should be more added to the game since it seems just a bit empty once the game finishes. After you complete the story mission there's not much to do rather than just get to a high level & be a rich mechanic with a nice car or something. I think the gameplay is nice but the story is just lacking some things in general.

The thing is, in terms of complexity at the time of managing the technical aspect of a car, the game is great. But it lacks satisfaction. Is not relaxing but more like a chore to play. Instead of a nice puzzle to complete feels more like a task. And at the end, you fix the car, check the "complete contract" button and the car disappears. Not a reward screen, not a money balance to see how much you spend against how much you won. The car is just gone and now go for the next contract...

A very very obnoxious game! 1) There was no way to determine what was wrong with the cars lying in the garage. You can't open the doors and enter. 2) The tutorial just introduced a bunch of tools and expected that you'll already be a mechanic. This is BS. THey should have provided some kind of hand-holding at the very least to get you started. 3) When you're driving the car to "test" the various components - none of those components are explained. For ex "saldon" or something. WTF is that? How do I check that $#!T? I kept driving around for 10 minutes and the only check that I got was the accelerator. That's BS! 4) When you're driving on the test track it seems that you have to follow a pre-determined route. But there is no map / directions which means you need to figure out which route you're supposed to take by trial and error, remember it, and then drive on that route at speed. Another BS. There's no reason why a mechanic would be driving on a race track just for testing basic components. He could do that if he's fine-tuning the car for a race but here we're supposed to be fixing cars.

Great game from the Developers. Although having none knowledge related to car mechanics, this is a game that provides entertainment with a very friendly interface. However, some bugs are still shown and the shopping list system can lead to some confusion later on.

Honestly they hasn't improved game so much from 2018, 2015 or 2014 but has some new mechanics, and I like new garage, washing system and part upgrade system at all. Same with the old titles, it starts repeat after some hours but i found out this game is more balanced and better from other titles. I was thinking 2018 could be their last title after waiting 3 years but they come back with a nice and shiny game, which let you to upgrade your garage, paint and decorate it. Even I think it can be improved much more with upgrades but I don't think they will do it, anyway still nice game to play, and this is the first title for them I have satisfied to buy all DLCs too.

I believe that many editors of specialized magazines do not have the knowledge to review a title of this type. A software that passes itself off as a "simulator" and instead is a simple 3D reproduction of car parts, more or less official. Many disassembly of parts in reality are not absolutely necessary for disassembly. For example, to disassemble the ABS, the shock absorber or the brake disc does not need to open them in their sub-components, while the game forces you to do so. Indeed, it is practically always possible to disassemble the entire suspension (shock absorber, brake disc, brake caliper, stub axle with hub, drive shaft and swinging arm) keeping the pieces all together. On the other hand, if you want to remove the brake booster, which in in-game cars can always be reached without difficulty, you often have to remove the engine and gearbox in order to access it. Furthermore, very often, you can remove the engine and gearbox by keeping them together, while in the game to remove the engine you have to remove the cylinder head first, which makes no sense. The engine can be removed from cars with its electrical components still attached, i.e. alternator, starter and ABS. The game forces you to disassemble even the smallest details, which is useless in most of the practical cases. I have also seen players who first remove the rear window to remove the rear hatch. But know what it takes then to reassemble it? Removing the rear window and then removing the door just for to work on a vehicle with mechanics in the rear is simply insane, but if the game removes the door only if you remove the rear window first, the gamer is forced to follow this crazy procedure. You could find dozens of inaccuracies of this type, which for a title that wants to be a "simulator" are not good. The only positive side is that, for those who are totally lacking in knowledge in the car mechanic sector, you learn how the pieces generally look and how they are called, but it is absolutely not a mechanics simulation, so I hope that from the next episode remove that "simulator" from the title.

Overall its a great game. but from the 2018 version it simply just seems like a DLC. Details are improved and you can now fix more parts of the car, with new tools. The new washing mechanism is awful, that could have been done alot better. Car saloons now allow you to choose which car u would like to see, instead of having to reload all the time. The new improved shopping list makes the game THAT much better. i am a bit split about the new Garage. its roomier and less dungeon like. but i still feel it could be better. If u liked cms 18 i think u would like the 21 version. but as i said it just feels like a new dlc.
