BOKURA

The release of BOKURA on Nintendo Switch is a wonderful opportunity to rediscover one of the most original cooperative games of recent years. Its story, its two parallel realities, and the way it forces both players to understand each other give each puzzle a special significance. It’s a short adventure, yes, but also a very clever one. A highly original game that proves there are still innovative ways to approach cooperative gameplay.

Overall, I think I would give this game a 3.3 out of 10. That might seem a bit harsh, but the sheer trouble of getting the game to run—combined with the lobby and interface issues—really left a bad taste in my mouth and completely dragged the overall experience down.
