incredibly dull and generic open world game kids might find some enjoyment out of it especially if they like the Ben 10 reboot

Great job guys. Honestly, this is the most satisfying game I've played in AGES so far. Cartoon Network sure knows their sauce. ⊙◡⊙ It has the features and the action I've long been waiting for. Playing as Ben 10 feels just great and seeing him grow stronger and stronger with every upgrade and alien that he unlocks makes me very happy.I'm glad I played this game. The world is fairly big I'd say, with plenty of collectibles, and side missions, things to do, but there are game bugs, few that may make the game crash rarely, and the one that doesn't count some of the collectibles you've obtained. For example, I had to get 10 golden monkey masks, but when I checked my inventory I already had 10, the game thought I had only collected eight of them. I found all 15 Lord Decibel rooms cause I checked my inventory, but yet the game didn't register properly and said I've only found 12 of them, how sad.Fighting stuff in this game was great , and the final battle against Hex, well it was cool too I guess. Plenty of NPCS too which make the game funny. What I liked most is that this game gives you a ton of freedom to enjoy stuff and do whatever you please. Ben 10 can transform into 6 types of aliens only: Heatblast, Rath, Four Arms, Shockrock, XLR8 and Diamondhead, and you can constantly switch between them which makes the game exeperience quite unique. I had gotten all collectibles by the looks of things and I'm glad to say that I didn't even need to watch any videos to find everything. I just followed my instincts, been everywhere, and check the map too. Regarding the map display, I still don't get why the mini map doesn't show on my **** made it harder to see where stuff's hidden around cause I had to press escape button every time to check the big map.Anyways, I enjoyed my time with this game, no joke. And the free play is enjoyable.

Great game for all ages with couch co op. This game was very fun to play with cool alien powers. The map felt a little small but packed with goodies to explore and find. (played 14 hours currently have all but 1 achievement unlocked)

Been 10: Power Trip was published as Ben 10 by Torus Games that was ideally more for children to enjoy and wasn’t exactly excellent, but was good enough for fans, I can only assume that this game sold well enough for the publisher to green-light yet another Ben 10 title for this current generation of consoles. Developed by PHL Collective. Ben 10: Power Trip is not a sequel to the 2017 title, but a brand new take on the material. It'd not exactly a good one and I feel like I should inform you right away that Ben 10: Power Trip is more of the same. If you really want to buy a game based on the cartoon series, you should stick to the original 2017 release. This isn’t a game that felt lazy, nor did it enrage me. It’s not a laughably bad title either. This is the rare case of bad game with good intentions, most of them likely from a lack of budget. If anything, Ben 10: Power Trip has a bold premise. PHL Collective tried their hardest to provide players with an actual open-world Ben 10 experience, a game with an impressively large map, different missions, side quests, collectibles, multiple kinds of obstacles that need to be cleared with Ben’s different forms, an original story, a skill tree, and much more. They tried to deliver , sadly, for as much as I wanted to recognize Ben 10: Power Trip it just feels massively mis-undercooked. I don’t really know the reason it went so bad in the end, time constraints, assets or both. All I know is that the end product feels unpolished. It doesn’t take long until you notice some massive issues with this game upon starting a save file. The initial cutscene does a pretty bad job at explaining the game’s setting and what's going on story wise even tho I personally have no idea of what’s really going on. The only thing I managed to understand was a villain performing as. magician in order to make Ben lose the power of transforming into his ten forms, so it’s up to you to find a way to revert this curse and save the day. Ben 10: Power Trip manages to look less appealing than the 2017 release and it features similarly underwhelming character models and design, but without that extra layer of cel shading that manages to make even the ugliest of games a bit more eye candy. The framerate is also all over the place. It runs pretty poorly when you’re in an open world setting, but skyrockets to a surprisingly stable 60 fries a second whenever you find a portal and start exploring the linear course. The same can be said about the sound. It’s fully voice acted, which will please the younger fans of the show, but the soundtrack is cheesy at best at best; Most sound effects are pretty much missing where they should be. When they’re not, they arrive way after their corresponding action due to how out of sync it is. To make the ok worse than it could have been, Ben 10 just doesn’t know what being less talkative means, especially when he’s using one of his forms. Expect to hear a ton of really annoying one liners that would make any adult leave the room to save their sanity. The overall gameplay is where I actually feel like the developers shined despite not being amazing. The open world design is clearly inspired by similar games, in which objectives are easy to follow and complete, and optional side quests are very straight forward. Whenever you’re not stuck in a linear level acquiring a new form, you can do everything from collecting coins to combat arenas and platforming challenges. Nothing in here is particularly challenging, especially considering its child driven demographic. The problem is that everything feels rushed, or half missed. The story levels are simple and boring, while open world objectives lack creativity and more variety. Even though each of Ben’s forms features a surprising amount of combos and special moves, you can beat every single enemy in the entire game with the same combo. You are constantly rewarded with tons of points to improve your stats in a very basic skill tree, so you’ll always be way too powerful. There’s no challenge at all in here but hey it's a kids game. The developers behind Ben 10: Power Trip sure tried coming up with an open world adventure for the younger players to enjoy, but they sadly missed the mark and hit it in the same way. It's an quite pricey game due to the license but any player in the age group should enjoy it on their Xbox One console.

Ben 10 Power Trip A Decent tie in game Ben 10 Power trip is a 4 and a half hour long 3d open world game where you play as ben 10 who sets out to recover his alien forms and defeat a magician name hex that vanished them And im actually really impressed with how much I enjoyed playing through this game.. Again, here you play as ben 10 in an open world, a world youre free to explore in any order youd like, full of secrets and side quests to help strengthen you to take down hex, really giving me a tony hawks underground meets simspons hit and run vibes, despite not really being vehicle based.. you can run around and collect coins or just stick to the story.. these coins can be used to purchase items in the shop to help you along the way, but I found them to be pretty useless as any items worth anything in the shop cost way to much for how little these coins in the world are worth, for example in my entire playthrough I earned enough coins to only buy 2 upgrades from the shop.. ben 10 power trip Is so easy though that it isn’t really worth exploring or upgrading anything other than your power, this will make you plow through enemie, really making combat here quite satisfying and smooth, but the health upgrades aren’t worth it as there really are no consequences to dying outside of the games final mission.. if you die all progress and damage is saved, which I can really appreciate especially since the worst aspect of this game is its menu screens, you have consumables for battles but the time it takes to open this screen is painfully slow, things such as an inventory should load in an instant.. other than those gripes, ben 10 power trip is actually quite fun running around in, exploring its admittedly pretty boring world, but its just entertaining enough to be fun almost the entire way through this 4 and a half hour long store, unlocking new aliens and using them to access new sections of the world… This is my favorite ben 10 gmae ive played I give Ben 10 Power Trip a 6.5/10
