top 2 game ever for me and the best game in the ezio trilogy although all of them are good ubisoft for all their faults made a masterpiece here

A good game, although I don’t think it has aged particularly well. I didn’t play it at the time, but I imagine I would have enjoyed it more if I had (I did play its predecessor, and I thought it was fantastic). The game aims to make you feel like a cool, powerful assassin, which is why it ends up being quite easy. As a result, you rarely need to use most of the combat mechanics—when you do, it’s more because you want to, not because you actually have to. That said, it didn’t really bother me. What bothered me is that sometimes the controls and the camera can be a bit clumsy, which makes you look more often than I’d like like a clumsy, not very bright fool instead of the brilliant acrobat you’re supposed to be The story is very solid (both of them), with a nice twist, and it definitely leaves you wanting more. Climbing mechanics fun and story interesting if you like history. Ezios character is well made.

Ce jeux est excellent, beaucoup mieux développé scénaristique, mécaniquement et dans le gameplay. On y sens une satisfaction à y jouer et l'histoire est bien construite. Le seul point négatif c'est les graphismes mais c'est du fait qu'il est sorti en 2009. Je le recommande sincèrement même pour les nouveaux joueurs, c'est un classique.

This is genuinely one of my favorite video games of all time. I guess you can pinpoint the fact the final fight boss can be underwhelming. However, I’ve never seen this game or franchise being very boss fight like if that makes sense. Pretty much the perfect AC game This is a long story in the sense it takes 20 years. Ezio has an incredible transformation and arc. Gameplay is also really great even if it’s quite old school like.

Un netto miglioramento rispetto al primo, una parte narrativa decisamente più solida, un mondo di gioco veramente vario e vivo, e sicuramente una sensazione meno spenta e seriosa che spesso creava pesantezza nel primo.

Ich mag AC 2 vorallem weil man fast das ganze Leben von Ezio Spielt aber auch die Grafik ist für 2009 sehr gut und die Charaktere und Story sind perfekt.

Assassin’s creed at its peak. We finally meet Ezio the best assassin. The soundtrack, gameplay, and story all feel like they came together perfectly with this sequel. Brotherhood and 4 I would argue are better but this one made the franchise so popular we still entries til this day because this game was made with love. Playing it even in 2026 you realize how far Ubisoft has strayed from making games for the sake of telling a story and creating something they can be proud of.

Having played this for the first time 15 years too late, at the start the mechanics and parkour were not that enjoyable, however because the story was engaging you carry on playing. As the game progresses I couldn't help but enjoy the charm of the slower pace of parkour, where you almost have to calculate where to go rather than hold free run and let the protagonist do it for you. This is a great reminder that there are some incredible classics I've never played due to age and that shouldn't be the case

Hands down the best game in the series. from the story to the overall improvements made after the first game, this was peak Ubisoft. To anyone reviewing this game badly because the graphics are " dated " , rate it on its merits for its time period. literally nothing that came out in 2009 can compare to modern day graphics. Giving this game a lower rating and having that be the main reason is pure trolling and this masterpiece does not deserve it

Assassin's Creed really peaked here. I miss the time when AC games had a soul, had an identity, had a certain vibe, had beautifully written stories. I still go back to this game once every couple years and still never get bored of it. Absolute masterpiece.

Best game of the series back from when it was still about being more stealth and assassiny. Beautiful story, good graphics for its time, great gameplay, To top it off this sound track is not only beautiful, but the theme for the main character has become the the theme for the franchise in general.

3rd best installment in the series. Man, PS3 and PS4 really did have the best generations of this game before the wokeness in 2016. To go back to great writing, offensive imagery/words, and have that raw story again.

This second AC game really lives up to the promise of the first. It's as if the developers really wanted to deliver the "true" AC experience with the sequel. Gameplay elements were expanded upon and new mechanics were added. The game is in the "Grand Theft Auto" tradition. In addition, the story is even more fleshed out and the new hero (Ezio Auditore) is an improvement over the original. Overall, this is one of the best games in the franchise. I'd rate it with a 9.1 out of 10.

Assassin's Creed II is a 7th Generation Masterpiece with amazing story building. each time a mainline mission happens as it gives each character a meaning behind their personality. The gameplay feels very nice for it's time though while the parkour is harder to master the game gives you time to understand movement from time to time. The combat can feel very smooth at times with perfect timing when fighting your enemies. I love Ezio's Character he's comedic serious and mostly deep into his own backstory to avenge his family and to never break that oath. Anyway this was my full review of Assassin's Creed II and if you read this review thank you.

Ums dos personagens mais foda de todos os tempos de vídeo games, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, jogão historia, ambientação, trilha sonora e personagens.

This game has a lot of positives, such as the fluent controls, immersive story, a large open world to explore, endless equipment to upgrade Ezio, and multiple approaches to each sequence. The only setback of this game is the unchallenging combat difficulty. Overall, the game is recommended for casual gamers, but definitely not for people looking for a challenge. 3/5 stars.

Okay I will never understand how a 7 is seen as a yellow/ mixed or average. Yall gotta fix these rating systems. This game is great don’t get me wrong, the story and gameplay was really innovative compared to the first installment. However, graphics wise and gameplay, this is dated. My favorite parts of these games are the parkour and on here it’s still pretty enjoyable. Stealth is good, but not great. Overall great game 7/10

I played the **** out of this game in my childhood and it left a positive in my memory. Since it was a part of PS Plus, I decided to play it **** it was not as great as I remembered it to be. It definitely was an achievement in gaming back when it was released but as a modern gamer, it is severely lacking. Now I know that we can't judge old games based on modern standards but I keep hearing that people complain that the old AC games were masterpieces compared to the newer ones. I haven't yet played the newer AC games but I know that this game has its flaws. And maybe people just hate the modern games so much that they want to praise this game too much. Any game is amazing when you played it through childhood. Nostalgia can distort memories that way. I still love playing the Shinobi 3 game form Sega era even though it is super outdates. People complain that recent AC games feel bloated since the map is filled with collectibles, this game is that too. You need to synchronize 73 vantage points to be able to see the map in its entirety. 100 feathers and many other collectibles. Brotherhood also has 100 flags so does Revelations. So again the trend started with older games not with newer ones. I also hate slow walking with NPC sections or following them from a distance. overall, a great game back when it was released but not so much rn

Not a fan really. The gameplay was interesting but not all that great, it got repetitive easily. The parkour was decent, it had a fun flow sometimes and was an interesting system, but it got boring after a while and the combat is more than anything there. The stealth was fun tho and some parkour sections did make me think. Story, meh. Many say that this is incredible but its not that great. It has interesting plots, points, twists and fun storylines, but its at best, avobe average, the acting was a bit mediocre for the most part. Some like to put like 1 f4cking clip which is really good and left me surprised, but compare it to the rest of the game and you notice it was just the exception, not the rule. Italy was actually well done mostly. Sometimes it felt a bit sameish but i liked the world Its been some time since i played it so i dont get too into specifics

Le jeu est à chier, je préfère Metal Gear Solid V. Le jeu n'est pas beau, il m'a rappelé les heures les plus sombres duJV, comme avec The Witcher 3 ou encore Elden Ring, et je ne vous parle de la bouse qu'est Clair Obscure : Goût de Chaussure.

One of the best Games ever made! Ezios Rise, the simple but fun progress systeme, the (in my opinion) best parkour ever made and the with reshade and eagel vision mod beautiful Graphics(Also today 2025) make this Game one of my absolute Favourites.

"Игра" может понравиться разве что детям. Осуждать их, конечно, глупо, и в целом понять можно. Геймплей крайне однообразный и неинтересный. Всё сводится к нажатию пары кнопок и бесячему кривому паркуру. А вот графика и музыка хороши. Сюжет местами неплохой. Играть в это — пытка, конечно.

Assassin Creed 2 is the best game of the series much better than first assassin. Have amazing characters, amazing story and amazing soundtrack. Ezio Auditore is the best main character.

I played through this game in around 2019. My main gripe is that the ending to this game is extremely unsatisfying because its just a fist fight with an obese guy. Also, the story doesn't conclude in any way because its trying to set up to the next game, but its just sort of lame. Ubisoft is known for having pretty lame endings to games so it isn't all too surprising for those familiar. This is also probably the only game that I had to listen to music to get me through because the audio is pretty boring and the game is mostly silent. I don't remember much about the story unlike most games I beat. This game definitely relies on its visuals and gameplay, but everything else is just whatever.

To start, this is an amazing game. You’ll play as Ezio who is a fully fleshed out and complex character. You follow his arc from immature teenager to dangerous assassin. Including seeing how he gets pulled fully into the assassins vs templars war. You visit several big cities in this game with standouts being Florence and Venice. The games graphics were good enough at the time of release but do show their age now. However, like most AC games AC 2 does a fantastic job creating great atmosphere and pulling you into the time period they’ve chosen. Combat in this game is also fine but nothing spectacular. Parkour was much better in these early games as far as allowing creativity and freedom of movement. For my money this is the best assassins creed game where the only thing that’s decent is combat while everything else from story to setting remains stupendous.
