Anyone that says this game is bad is on something. This game is immersive, interesting, and keeps you on your toes. Truly a masterpiece. Highly recommend and I am not one to think a game is interesting just because it has a good story. This game will undoubtedly make you forget about everything for a few hours.

The story is good but the stop motion gameplay kind of really **** it's hard to get into

A very interesting narrative drama game with a very good story that your decisions will actually affect it, with an interesting and unique artstile with a good but nothing crazy soundtrack.

They try to tell you a story where you decisions are important, but definetlly, you end up watching a TV show you don't care about. The twists are cheap and I never get into it

Good story and choices. Fun to play alone or with friends. The art style can be divisive but we must give them credit for trying something different. I recommend 78/100

Usually I'm a fan of story games, but oh boy for me the art style was pretty bad. Most of the people's expressions drawn didn't even match what they were saying at all / the scene. And they use a mix of 3d/2d assets which do not look alike at all. But even without that, thats only half of the game. The other half, the story, in my opinion was pretty bad, granted I only got 15mins in the game, but as an avid story choice game fan, this was on the lower end. I do say though that they got the music matching the vibes really well, and was pretty nice to listen to / matched the scene. But again, the awkward 2d stop motion frame jump animations just really did not look remotely good for me. I rather have zero animations and still images instead of the forced in 2d pose to pose "animations"One thing I do appreciate about this game though is all the multiplayer choices and twitch stream integration. These let you do it together with friends if you wish, but I'd rather play a much better story game like Bad End Theater, or even just something free on ****

Melhor jogo da história! Pelo menos pra mim. Me pegou de um jeito esse jogo, a história é boa do início ao fim, independente das decisões que você tomar. Estilo de arte dele é muito bom e inovador, só joguem e apreciem.

The frame-by-frame painterly art style adds to the surprising tension many of the set pieces bring. Paced well, knows when to give a breather with reflection and exploration after the heavy stuff. Characterization is top notch - they feel like real people with real motivations. No one is free from scrutiny or compassion.

Honestly one of the best narrative choose your own adventures I’ve played since Telltale’s The Walking Dead games. The art style takes a minute to adjust to, once you do though you’re in for an amazing story.

A game that encourages and guides you to forgive betrayal, lies within the family, murder. A talentless twist at the end with the hope that someone will play the sequel. Another choice without a choice. 1 point for the music from the main menu.

Ótima história, jogo possui personagens com histórias muito bem construídas o que faz com que o jogador se conecte com o mesmo. O modo COOP do jogo é extremamente funcional, o que é difícil de se ver em jogos de narrativa. A trilha sonora do jogo é muito boa também. O gráfico do jogo apesar de peculiar, possui uma arte muito bem desenvolvida sendo feita inclusive a mão. Além de os finais do jogo não serem previsíveis. O jogo é uma experiência única.

A narrative game, where the story is interesting and the principle of each action choice leads to different connections with the rest of the story. The game is fast-paced, taking 3 hours to complete the main story in the main **** game doesn't revolutionize the genre, the actions are predictable and the choices also lead to predictable actions.However, it must be said that the storyline is very well written, allowing us to project ourselves into each character's story and empathize with **** “skill tree” on each path offers us several story choices, which is a good thing in this type of game.Note: Each chapter can be played independently once the story is finished, and each “turning point” can be reviewed at the relevant story-time. This means that the game can undergo several endings, and thus offers an easy perspective for plotting the game.

A few of the flashbacks occasionally slow the momentum a little too much, but As Dusk Falls tells a fairly interesting story full of well rounded characters and (importantly) makes the players choices count.

This game is a reminder that a marvellous story is way more memorable than just AAA graphics, shoutout to the creators. Played on Xbox Xcloud on my iPhone.

As Dusk Falls is an engrossing interactive crime drama with memorable characters. The art style and voice acting are great and the well-written, complex story branches out depending on your choices (which are meaningful, not illusory!), making the game worthy of replaying. I recommend giving As Dusk Falls a try instead of binge-watching a show on a streaming platform, but I suggest you launch the game early in the evening, because once you start it, it’s really hard to turn off the console until the end credits roll after 6-7 hours.

The style of this game is true masterpiece. Its like an interactive movie that the user is called to decide the future of the protagonist and his connections that surround him. The audiovisual is exceptional like a Hollywood movie. Its about 8 hour story thriller, with multiple different endings. I suggest you, to play it more that one time so you can unfold all the parts of the story.

It's likely that either a second game or a DLC will be released in the future, otherwise it doesn't make much sense for them to end the game this way. Because you can look at all similar games and they all have a story that starts and ends. As Dusk Falls has a beginning but no end. On the other hand, some of the characters we meet along the journey don't seem to be handled well enough. I would have liked to see more details about their personalities and their lives.

Normally, with a choice-driven adventure, I'm once and done, ready for a post-game water-cooler discussion. As Dusk Falls' warrants more than one playthrough, if only to see how differently things can pan out. If that open ending is any indication, there's more to come. TGG – 8 / 10 AUDIO 8/10 A fitting soundtrack of reverberating guitars and such, perfectly suited to each moment as it unfolds. The voice performances, from the likes of Elias Toufexis (Deus Ex's Adam Jensen) as Vince, and Jane Perry (Hitman's Diana Burnwood) as the harried Holt matriarch, are excellent, too. VISUALS 8/10 The painted characters look great, despite not being fully animated, while the 3D backdrops are nice and detailed. Combined, the painted characters and 3D environments make for a unique style, and it works well. PLAYABILITY 8/10 It might only use a single button and one of the analogue sticks on the controller, or swipes and taps on the smartphone companion app, but the QTEs, though simplistic, still lend weight to your actions. Choices are compelling and meaningful, to boot. DELIVERY 8/10 Six episodes, roughly one hour each, make As Dusk Falls feel like a TV series, and a pretty good one at that. Each chapter concluding with a flow chart showcasing the number of possible decisions, shows there's massive scope to replay the story for different outcomes.

This was such a cool game! My wife and I played together making snap decisions and found ourselves jumping around like a couple of idiots just having an absolute blast. Very cool story as well.

It's a very good interactive movie, you'll love it if you liked games like heavy rain, fahrenheit or detroit become human. 9/10

A really exciting narrative adventure. I'm glad that the Xbox guys chose to release a game with a story focus. there are too few of them in my opinion.

До выхода казавшаяся рядовым инди-проходняком, As Dusk Falls по итогу стала фаворитом в своём жанре как минимум в 2022-ом году, если не за последние несколько лет. По уровню качества сценария, интриг, философских вопросов и равномерного баланса разветвлений, этот проект вполне тянет на статус эталона, равняясь в моём представлении разве что с Heavy Rain. Да и то только в сравнении с последним пунктом. Уровень режиссуры, актёрской игры и сценарной конструкции, творение выходцев из Quantic Dream местами и превосходит проекты своей прошлой студии.

Foi um jogo que me prendeu na trama, um ponto positivo nos dias atuais, pois os jogos estão cada vez menos envolvidos em te surpreender na narrativa, ele te faz querer saber o que vai acontecer a cada cena que passa.

The art style can be hard to get used to for many people but this is one of the most gripping stories that I have seen in the choice format. Also rivals any other choice game in just how many situations can occur makes it truly feel unique in every playthrough.

Interesante aventura gráfica que nos propone un road trip lleno de acción y drama. Lo más chocante de esta experiencia es su particular diseño artístico que mezcla animación casi en acuarela en 2D de todos su personajes con fondos y elementos en 3D. Esto puede de primeras ser incómodo y echar atrás a ciertos jugadores pero una vez que te acostumbras a ello y te dejas llevar por su historia descubres una de las experiencias mejor escritas de los últimos años. Tenemos bastantes situaciones de peso en las que decidir, bastantes rutas que se abren mientras vas eligiendo y un elenco de personajes bien diferenciados entre ellos bastante bien trabajados. Los escenarios escogidos son bastante buenos como la iluminación de los entornos y la tensión que se construye a lo largo de los capítulos. En general es una propuesta muy sólida cuyo único defecto es que no propone nada rompedor, una gran historia que te vuele la cabeza, ni los mejores personajes. No es la mejor aventura gráfica del universo ni pretende serlo pero es una experiencia recomendable.

This game starts off promising with giving you hard decisions, good characters and an interesting storyline, but as you progress, you find yourself asking where the game is going. Spoiler alert, it goes nowhere! This game is an absolute waste of time. The endings are typical. It has 6 chapters, but feels like it should have 20. The ending of the game is a cliffhanger. I finished the game feeling so incomplete and dumbfounded that I spent time playing it. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME.

Juego fuera de lo ordinario. Excelente para compartir con amigos o pareja. Historia envolvente y que te mantiene al filo del asiento. Dinámico, visualmente único y bello. Es como ver una serie y ser parte del desarrollo de historia que vaya que es grandiosa. Un guión digno de cualquier serie top.

Personally think this game deserves more recognition than it got. At first I was worried about the art style possibly affecting my experience with the game as it’s not my cup of tea usually, however my worries were put to rest within minutes of playing. The story is great and gets you hooked the same way Netflix shows used to. The characters are so well written and evoke real emotion. I honestly have no complaints. I personally hope there will be future chapters released as it kinda ended on a cliffhanger.

Love these Quantic Dream type games. For their first outing as a game developer I’m incredibly impressed by Interior Night. Can’t wait for their next game. If you like things like Telltale or Heavy Rain/Detroit Become Human you should definitely check this out. Feels like a great movie or mini series mixed with those types of games. Top notch!

As dusk falls is a wonderful and unforgettable experience for all gamers who are interested in interactive titles, especially Telltale games. It's really thankful that there are still studios like Interior Night that know what a very good video game should look like! Do not miss the experience of this game in any way, next to Pentiment, As dusk falls is definitely a title that shows that XBOX had a lot to say even in 2022.

I Must Apologize... I always thought these story based games where decisions are the primary way of interacting were dumb. I am sorry I am stupid, I was wrong. If you like telltale games, but wish co-op was an option, this game evolves that formula perfectly. My positives: - The story is thrilling. Gripping, and heartbreaking. - The cast of characters are amazing and loveable. - The plot is complicated and never what it seems. - THE CO-OP IS BRILLIANT! Play this with 7 friends! - The QTE are actually hard lol and have consequence (eh hem god of war) - Art direction is beautiful. - Love the modern western setting and feel. Negatives - My only negative is a positive, there are so many arcs and branching paths it would take a long time to see everything in this game!

A lot of characters are deeply characterized. On the other side the gameplay is quite basic and the second book is boring. I think this kind of games/stories could be integrated perfectly into connected TVs, as Netflix did with Bandersnatch

What a wonderful game, the artstyle is something to getting used to but the story and well written characters are pure gold. Cant wait to replay it again.
