I have always liked M&M, but this one is too time consuming and difficulty seems unbalanced. Some (early game) maps are either too hard or too easy to beat. Most of them take more than four hours to complete. I don't know what difficulty and game time become in more advanced campaigns, taking into account that I didn't even finished the first one... Conclusion: I abandoned the game because it is no fun.

As some have pointed out, Gunpoint is a well calibrated stealth game in the sense that it won't force you to wander around the map forever to avoid being spotted or having to kill any guard. The auto-save mechanism, which lets you restore the game state in five different points in the last thirty seconds approximately, helps a lot in alleviating the weight of making mistakes. This results in a more relaxing game-play. The plot is catchy and intriguing, and evolves in different ways depending on your decisions. There are several points along the story where you have to take moral choices. The interventions made by different characters, including the main character, make unimportant situations hilarious and important situations transcendental. Last but not least: wire-jacking mechanics. They are simple but powerful, and enable you to solve puzzles in many different ways. The only cons to this game is its "small scale". It is a little bit short in duration (around 4 hours if you take your time...) and you don't have much freedom to decide which perks you want to improve to add apt the game-play to your own.

I couldn't play this game because of the "*** Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating" error that pops up just after launching it. There are a lot of people complaining about this in several forums, and there doesn't seem to be a solution. I sent an e-mail to Tiny Build Games five days ago, but they haven't answered yet.

Technically excellent and with a very rich and entertaining game play, Batman: Arkham City has a weak and predictable plot with poor character development (could say misogynist...). I expected an epic tale for this legend, and not the recurring Batman-Captures-Joker-Joker-Escapes-PIM-PAM-PUM thing...

With an intriguing and greatly narrated plot, Bastion is a cozy game that emanates creativity. It features a flexible ability assignment system that enables the player to adapt the starring 's skills to his game play style (or to in-game specific situations). One aspect that is worth mention is the difficulty regulation system of the game, that gives the player freedom to choose how difficult will it be to beat down enemies, in exchange for a greater or lesser reward, of course!

This is not a game. This is a challenge. I've spent two weeks playing it in easy mode and still find myself overrun by the bad guys. Can't just give it a 10/10 because it's crazy hard difficulty, what, at times, might be frustrating. The combat system is very addictive and the ability to pause it at any time to evaluate the situation results in a very interesting real time - turn based strategy mix. Apart from combat, quests help a lot in making you feel like a member of the crew.
