This is an absolute masterpiece. I'm not kidding. The script, storyline, voices, animation........clearly a tremendous amount of work put into this movie, and it shows. It has great flow, and it culminates in a glorious ending. A magnificent tribute to the Transformers franchise. Can't wait to see the sequels to these. I really enjoy the Michael Bay series, but this is much better and far more faithful to the original story. I thought it would be a kids ****'s definitely not, but my kids loved it too. Well done!

This had potential but then about midway on it got increasingly cheesy. For example the part where the ambulance crashed through a brick wall from the second or third floor into Times Square and then kept driving without any damage. There's another scene where a small firework blasted through another brick wall. Very unrealistic CGI. The costumes were pretty cheesy. It's also weird that the villain somehow came up with the same costume design a Spider-man, yet this is a prequel. The list goes on.

Not a 10 but giving one to balance out the stupid 0 star reviews. More like a 7. This is a good solid manly action movie like they used to make. Academy-award winning by today's standards. In my opinion it's just as good as classic action movies like Die Hard, if not a little better.

I went in with very low expectations. Unfortunately they weren't low enough. Even if you didn't grow up in the 80s, the movie is just boring. My 5 year old was bored and wanted to get ice cream after the first 40 minutes. Just a bunch of talking about the "humans". So. Much. Talking. And just as cringe and awkward as Seth Rogen. Whoever's idea this was should be fired. This is a flop.

I don't know what some of the critics are smoking. This is a great movie. This is the product of taking time to do it right. Probably not better than the first. Definitely better than the second. Very entertaining, enjoyable, and engaging. No agenda. This is how it is supposed to be done.

An absolute masterpiece and unbelievable achievement, both visually and story-wise. A must see in the theatre. I did not notice the length of the film. I never rate movies or tv with a 10 but this movie clearly deserves a 10.
