This game offers a wide variety of scenarios, and a unique scenario creator of the type I've never seen implemented before (that lacks some functions, though), but the gameplay part of the game becomes boring after 30 minutes of the game, with diplomacy having no sense. This causes "border gore" and the peace treaties don't help.
