is it a better shooter? yes Is it titanfall? no The game just lacks the atmosphere of the original the nice setpieces the music cheesy com links . Also the gameplay is noticably slower placed than it used to be so overal u could say the game became much more like cod instead something else and special like the original was

game isn't quite done yet, missing mod workshop support, some more units and needs some overral polish but its getting better each month . story is worthless buy this game for some more c&c feeling multiplayer or bots , there are two factions gdi nod style pretty much , maps are not crazy for now but then a gain its just the core that s done tl dr messy for now shows great improvements

i recommend playing with controller coz camera is weird otherwise a well optimized well done game which is full of content and caring devs, drms free seriously go and buy it even helps the industry a lot
