Even as a Dark Pictures fan who's watched the series slowly circle the drain, Directive 8020 still managed to disappoint me on a spiritual level. The story is shallower than a puddle, more predictable than my ex, and spoils itself before you even hit the menu. Then they slather on the woke propaganda so thick it murders whatever fun was left.Absolute trash. Don’t waste your money

This sequel is a major letdown compared to the stellar original. The story feels disjointed and uninspired, barely qualifying as a standalone game. It plays more like a lackluster DLC, failing to capture the depth and charm of its predecessor.

This may be the saddest review I have to make. I checked if the game was good or bad because the “big reviewers” were all over the place, but sadly, the bad reviews were correct! I don’t want a game to force players through a lecture about Dev's delusions! Besides that, this was supposed to be an RPG, but the only role you can play is a brainwashed lunatic that can be “mean,” removing all kinds of replaability

I approached the game with low expectations due to the controversy. However, as a free addition to my Intel processor purchase, I decided to give it a try. The game bears the hallmark of Ubisoft's traditional gameplay, but it feels like a low-effort attempt, with many flaws and a weak story. The game restricts the 'outlaw' experience, which was disappointing. After playing for 11 hours, I chose to stop. I would recommend skipping this game and any future Ubisoft games that continue to integrate politics into their games

An amazing adventure that needs to be loved. it is sad how this game won't continue its amazing story.
