Director's Cut - Excellent cast, great script, world-class cinematography - a real classic. The theatrical version cuts too much out and doesn't allow enough character development, the director's cut adds 45 minutes that helps weave a complete and epic story. Highly recommended.

Disappointed - I read the book twice and high expectations of this move, waited for it for years. I don't know why they had to change so much from the book itself. Ernest Cline gave Spielberg too much freedom and flexibility in his move version. The move changed from it's original book version way too much. It would have been much better if they stuck to the book version much closer.

Don't listen to all the haters - this is an excellent superhero movie. I just took my son and we had a blast - there is much to like here. There is the initial storyline of batman versus superman, then it gets better by introducing many new DC superhero characters (including the amazing Wonder Woman). The atmosphere throughout is dark, with little comedic lines to break up the drama and action - but that is better than cheesy lines that distract from the seriousness of the movies. I applaud the director, Zack Snyder, as this had to be a very difficult task for him and his team - they did a great job and I look forward to many more DC movies to come.

Amazing performance by both actors! For two people to carry an entire movie for 120 minutes is absolutely amazing. There is a completely plot twist at the end that you will never guess. Don't listen to the critic reviews - excellent movie for those who enjoy great acting and plot twists.
