This game is a massive amount of fun and it never gets stale. In survival mode, you must take on the world, building up structures, combat tactics, portals to new realms and much more armed with only your wits (and your fist). In creative mode, you can unleash your creativity creating any structure you can imagine out of the various blocks and creatures. And finally, in multiplayer you can log into any number of servers to do whatever you want. This mode is where the real fun comes in, from mini-games to parkour to PVP to building with your friends, there's always something to do in a server.
Incredible fighting/adventure game. Unlike other fighting games, this one brings a lot new to the table, its main selling points obviously being its family friendly nature and 4 player multiplayer.
It's certainly a lot of fun and it did throw out a good scare here and there, but it gets stale incredibly fast... unless you're a diehard horror game fan, just skip this one.
This game is a lot of fun, but I dislike the limitation of not having a warp room like in other entries of the series. You have to go through the whole game from the beginning to play levels you like. Overall though, this is a crazy adventure and a ton of fun.
My opinion on this game is that you either like the concept, or you just DON'T. I personally enjoy the game, but it gets stale quickly. Nobody's opinion of this game should make you think less of anyone.
I'm not a brony, but my brother is. The game is decent, but there's WAYYY too many in-app purchases. Implementing features you have to pay for in a "free" game is an incredibly scummy thing to do.

8BitBoy is one of the most criminally underrated games I've ever played. It has almost no community behind it, and no notable Let's Players have played through this game. Fans of the classic platformers like Mario, Sonic etc. will love this game. As others have stated, this game is indeed very hard. I could not stress that point enough. If you're new to the genre, skip this one for now. I have some recommendations such as New Super Mario Bros. Wii (or Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii if you have experience with modding) to get you started with platformers.
Despite already having played Left 4 Dead 2, Left 4 Dead is still an excellent game. Of course it's essentially just more of the same, but that's more or less what I was expecting, honestly. The game features four playable characters, Bill, Zoey, Francis and Louis, DLC campaigns (screw you EA) and an abundance of zombies to tear to shreds. Recommended 100%.
As much as I love the other Doom games, I could just never get into Doom 3. It's confusing, and it tries to be a survival-horror game mixed with a puzzle game. It doesn't sound too bad on paper, but in my OPINION (key word) it is executed very poorly. If they'd just stuck with the classic FPS formula and improved upon it with greatly improved graphics and feature possibilities thanks to improved hardware, this could've easily been a much better game than it turned out to be.
Quite possibly one of my favourite games of all time. Everything about this game is just excellent. If for some reason you haven't played this game yet, It's well worth the ~£10-£15 price tag.
Angry Birds is everyone's favourite hair-pullingly frustrating destruction game, in which the main goal is to destroy the pigs and their various structures to take back the eggs. There are a few different varieties of birds, ranging from multiplying birds that can split in three to gigantic birds destroying everything in their path. There are five chapters in the game, Poached Eggs, The Mighty Hoax, Danger Above, The Big Set Up and the Golden Egg Levels, that you unlock by finding various secrets throughout the game. It's cheap and easy to pick up and play for gamers of any age. Graphics: 7/10 Simple but cute! Sound: 5/10 Can get annoying at times, but THAT THEME MUSIC DOE! Control: 10/10 Plays only with the mouse. Gameplay: 8/10 Pull back the slingshot and watch the castles fall! Specific Pros: Tons of levels to choose from, lots of secrets to find Specific Cons: There doesn't seem to be much of a learning curve, some levels are easy, some are so hard they make you try them 50+ times, scream at the top of your lungs and promise yourself to never play this damn game again
It's think fast, type faster to survive the zombie apocalypse in this comedic remake of The House of the Dead 2 on PC. This game really puts your typing skills to the test.
Plants vs. Zombies 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to 2009's 'Plants vs. Zombies'. There's tons of new characters, and the extra challenges in each level make it a much harder game than the first one. The game doesn't lose any of its charm in the new art and gameplay style.
It's a good game, but for the price I got it I expected more levels than what I got. Price wise, you're better off getting the PC version. If you are a big Angry Birds fan, though, a definite must have.
One of the best Sonic games out there. Sonic's story unfortunately wasn't that interesting, however Silver's and Shadow's stories were amazing. The controls are fantastic and the graphics were amazing. I love the levels with Silver the Hedgehog and I like the missions where you get to play as different characters! The only reason it's a 9 is because in one or two stages I experienced some slowdown on the game, but the game its self is perfect. I don't know why people hate this game and say it is glitchy because I didn't see one glitch in the entire run of the game.
Papa's Pizzeria delivers a whole load of fun in this fast paced pizza game. The game does get a bit repetitive, though, and I would prefer if Flipline Studios made the pizzas be unique every time, making for an experience that doesn't get stale so quickly.
This game was not very great. It was on the DS and honestly I think SpongeBob should stick to his awesome TV show, as his games never seem to be too good. (With the exception of "SpongeBob Squarepants movie on PS2/Gamecube)
I enjoyed this game very much, I just found it to be too easy. After playing some of the other Mario games and seeing how difficult they are, I'm actually a little disappointed with this game's difficulty. Other than that though, it's more or less perfect in every other aspect, but it is obviously a very easy game. If you're a beginner to the genre I recommend, but if you're a pro maybe go for one of the older games.
Overall this is a somewhat decent game. The combat is pretty good, and this game is very long, but it's very hard. The puzzles and controls can be so confusing at times I just can't figure out how to do anything in this game. Knuckles' climbing is pretty appalling to control, but the rest of the abilities work fine. It's not as solid as some other Sonic the Hedge hog titles out there and I must say I think it's because Sega rushes their games. They wouldn't be going bankrupt if they put more time and effort into their games. Just some advice Sega, next time come up with a more original game and put some time into it. They've made some great games in the past, but this is just kinda meh. I don't think it's very bad, but I don't think it's very good either. I have higher hopes for a sequel.
This is one of the few games I've played that is so fundamentally broken I just can't sit through it. The controls are awful, and the graphics look like late ps1 games. The motion control is completely unusable, I'm quite frankly ashamed that a game this bad is actually sold. If I were you I'd definitely skip this one.
Even though this included the house of dead 2 and 3 in it, for the price and short length included in the game maybe adding the house of the dead 1 and 4 to the game would be better as well.
I can't lie, this game is overpriced, but it does deliver in some aspects. The game, though a little hard to control, is pretty fun to mess around with. I feel the game is too hard, and the story and graphics are really lacking. It's pretty fun for a physics game, but I doubt you'll play this game for longer than maybe a few hours.
This game is pretty short, but still manages to deliver some good scares and atmosphere. I especially like how this game combines jumpscares with more subtle, atmospheric horror.
This game is incredibly fun as puzzle games go. The gameplay is simple; stack the beans to create combos, thus dropping rocks into your opponent's screen and winning the game. The gameplay can get pretty challenging in the later stages of the game, which I think is a nice touch. Now here the main problem comes in. The game is very short. Gameplay, even if near perfect, shouldn't last much longer than maybe 3 hours. Yes it's hard, but for the price I payed for the game makes me want there to be around 30 levels, not 13. The plot for the game is also rather unclear. Dr. Robotnik wants a bean feast and sends his robots out to get this for him. Why must we stop this? What will Dr. Robotnik eating beans affect anybody in a negative way? Graphics: 9/10 great for the time. Gameplay: 7/10 very fun, but also very hard and very short. Plot: 0/10 completely nonsensical, but a plot isn't all that important in a puzzle game. Overall it averages out to a 6/10, but I do love this game.
Along with my year of Xbox LIVE gold, I got a copy of Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare. The game is incredibly addictive and there are many plants to play with. You can connect with friends over the internet to compete individually or work as teams to stop the zombie army! This is an odd cross between a tower defence game and an FPS. Working as a team on the plants' side is incredibly fun, and fighting with the zombies can be pretty entertaining too. I love playing with my friends to defend the garden in garden ops mode. And two words: TACO BANDITS! SO FUN! Stats: Graphics 10/10 Content level (amount of things in game) 9/10 Gameplay 10/10 overall score 9.5 out of 10, lets round it up to 10!
I guess this is an okay concept, but it's just a huge rip off of a free online game released in 2011 called Piou Piou, and this is basically the same thing but worse.
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a great game for the Xbox 360. It's also the only fighting game I've ever played where it's really easy to pull off huge combos, I can pull off combos of around 40-100 hits, which is hugely fun and impressive. The achievements on this game are challenging and fun to recieve, and the game features Marvel and Capcom favourites such as Zero, Spiderman, Rocket raccoon and many many more. Overall this game is very fun and has cartoony, crisp visuals. Buy this game if you want to be impressed by it's epicness!
The Sims is a bit fun, but not my kind of thing. There are, however, TONS and I mean TONS of ways to torture your Sims, and their reactions are priceless in fast forward. Wherever you like to be nice to them, and build a society, or just straight up torture them, you'll probably enjoy the game.
Bad rip-off of Tony Hawk's PS3, control's terribly, crappy graphics for PS2 and in the intro the characters were flipping and spinning around like flappy bird having a seizure, yet you can't spin in-game?! WHAT? Stick with Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 if you like skating games.
A game that teaches touch typing to young children, but is enjoyable by adults as well. You control a diver, you can zap the killer fish out of the water by typing the words and characters on their sides. This makes your diver shoot, saving his life.

If fire tiles reach the bottom of the board, it's game over. Spell words as long as you can by connecting the tiles, the longer the word, the better the prize! Short - no prize. Medium - green tile. Dynomite! Deluxe for PC is an amazing puzzle game by Electronic Arts and Popcap. You throw Yoshi-like dinosaur eggs to make clusters, they will then explode. There are many gamemodes, difficulty settings and more, I recommend this game.
Me, my brother and sister had a lot of fun with this game when we were little, but in my opinion, it doesn't hold up very well. Bad control and camera angle along with stupid level design would give this game a 2/10, but 3 points are added for the awesome choa garden and choa mini-games. The green hill zone and city escape levels are fun, but city escape is too easy and the amount of emblems required to unlock green hill is unbelievably high. Why get all the emblems in every stage, just to unlock another stage? Seems dumb to me.
Sonic Gems Collection for the gamecube and ps2 is a surprisingly fun collection of retro sonic games. It includes games such as Sonic the Fighters (arcade) and Sonic Triple Trouble (gamegear). A must have for Sonic fans.
I found this game very fun despite a few control errors and hard levels. If you're a sonic fan, get this. If you're a new sonic fan, you might want to play Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) for a while to get used to 3D Sonic controls and level design. Once you've played that., play Shadow.
This game was released on 3DS, but also has an X360 version! This version features better, though non-3D graphics, decent control (especially on the classic stages), and a really awesome area where you can play your favourite Sonic music again and again. The 3D stages are rather fun, but I personally find them infuriating, although their control is decent (The 3D control isn't as good as Sonic The Hedgehog, also X360, though, which came five years earlier. Seriously?). A good game overall.
I would rather play New. Super Luigi U, as the challenge factor in this game is very high, but has graphics that look better than HD games like CoD Black Ops and Sonic the Hedgehog (both for Xbox 360 and ps3), really fun level design and a good storyline, despite having he whole "Peach is kidnapped again and bowser has gained a new foooorm D:!!!!!!" thing that all Mario games have. A pleasing experience with the best graphics ever seen on a wii game, reccomended for Nintendo fans.
The GEX series is a load of crazy fun, and plays similar to Crash, just don't get the CDO version. PS1 is the way to go. Plays very well with somewhat pleasing graphics. 7/10.

If you like rail shooters, this one is a definite pick-up. Mow down zombies as fast as you can with your shotgun, and also a complete version of The House of The Dead 2 is included (which I'm sure must have hurt The House of The Dead 2's sales after 2002). Really fun game I've played for many years. Excellent.
The best platformer on the DS, New Super Mario Bros., the predecessor to New. Super Mario Bros wii, is a delight to play, is more challenging, and has greater replay value. This is one of the few Mario titles I have started and not completed, world 8 is so tricky. There are many shortcuts and hidden paths to find that will aid you on your journey to rescue Princess "Peach" Toadstool. If you like platformers, get this game.
Crash: Mind over Mutant is one of the best games of the Crash series. Activision goes out of the platforming realm to make a fun Beat-them-up adventure game, with a nice graphical style and huge challenge factor.
I take back everything I said about Doom being the best shooter ever. THIS is the best shooter ever. It's much better in graphics, controls and an even higher puzzle factor. If you're into shooters, get this. And it's another great title by Activision.
Ah, nicktoons racing. Another one of the best racing games on the PlayStation and PC, with good graphics for the PS and crazy fun no matter which mode you play in. Great for a kids game!
LEGO Racers for the PlayStation and PC is an awesome racing game where you get to build your own carts. Single player is a little too hard and boring to be fun, but playing with a friend? One of the best gaming experiences you'll ever encounter.
