I get access to this for free through my Wal-mart plus account and I still wanted my money back. This whole show feels like they started out with a terrible parody for Star Trek and then shifted gears and tried to make it a mainline entry into the franchise, Every character feels like it was custom built to be as unlikeable as possible, not a single one grabbed my attention for more than 10 minutes before I either lost interest or they said or did something that made me dislike them. I have no idea why this series exists or how it got a second season except maybe it got viewers watching it to see if it was as bad as everyone says. Do not watch it, you will not like it and I would be surprised if any of the people who say they liked it actually watched it or they feel they have to say they like it because they believe they are fighting some power or some crap.

When I heard there was going to be a new series starring the characters of my favorite childhood show I got a little excited, then the show proceeded to s**t all over those memories even going out of their way to mock aspects of the original series, it also goes out of its way to attack pretty much everyone that watches cartoons as an adult but not in a fun way. I could go on for quite some time if I wanted but honestly I don't want to think about this show anymore than I have to so I will end it with the briefest but most blaring problems with this show. It tries to appeal to everyone but attacks everyone, who is the audience? Who are you marketing this to?

For the longest time I had been searching for a show to replace House M.D. and for awhile I thought this might be it but somewhere between the first and second seasons they stopped focusing on engaging stories and cases in lieu of making political or social messages in their episodes, I just want a show that pulls me out of current affairs and allow me to forget what's going on in the world but it seems like this show wants to slam your face right in it every 15 or so minutes. The good things it has going is the characters are very engaging and the actors and actresses perform very well in the roles and when they choose to the stories and cases are actually really good, I particularly like Iggy Fromme's character but everytime I start to get just a little immersed he will be "making a statement". It's a long shot but should the writers ever read this, you have a good show obviously it is up to 5 seasons now but if you would just focus on the stories and not the message you are shoving down our throats you would have a great show that could stand toe to toe with other medical dramas so for all the reasons listed I can't give it more than a 3 because as my teachers told me about plays and acting is that a great story makes you forget you aren't part of the story.
