This game is dead and im not talking player count but the fact solo queue is terrible , Nobody uses voice, nobody uses text, and it’s not because players are shy—it’s because Blizzard has completely nuked communication with their broken report system. They’re absolutely trigger happy with the ban hammer .You can throw games, soft-int, AFK, grief your team for dozens of matches and nothing happens. Zero consequences. But the second you type anything in chat? Boom. Punished. Doesn’t matter if you swear or not—say anything even remotely negative and you’re out. This is a TEAM GAME that actively punishes teamwork. People are terrified to communicate because Blizzard decided “toxicity” means having emotions or pointing out problems. So everyone stays silent, coordination dies, and every match feels like five bots slowly bleeding out together. And don’t even get me started on the appeal system. It’s a joke. Automated replies, no transparency, no real review—just Blizzard telling you to eat the ban and move on. Do not play this trash. A game that protects griefers but punishes communication is fundamentally broken, and Blizzard clearly doesn’t care. They killed their own game and called it “player safety.” at least in rivals people do use their chat and mics .

this game is free and i still want a refund. This game is dead just look at the number of reviews here . Grindy giga-transactions and barely any content no arcade, no story mode and 12 characters of a 2v2 game

Horrid tutorial with zero engaging single player content. You better enjoy those online matches cause this game offers little else .Overall learning how to play this game feels like a 9 to 5 job. games should be fun not a sweaty grind fest. Not to mention the grindy monetization $150 for 3 skins and random junk i don't want , the people defending this terra-transaction are everything wrong in gaming and also unbalanced systems The fury mechanic is broken and punishes you for beating your opponent at the start.
