Death Stranding: Director's Cut

I absolutely loved Death Stranding. The story is a complete masterpiece—emotional, deep, and unlike anything I’ve played before. Kojima really created something special, and it kept me thinking long after I finished the game. The music is also an absolute masterpiece. Every track fits the mood perfectly and adds so much atmosphere to the world. Some of those moments, where you're just walking alone with a song kicking in, gave me chills. It really elevates the whole experience. Now, while the story and music were incredible, I do think the gameplay could have been more immersive. A lot of it comes down to delivering cargo from point A to point B, and after a while, it starts to feel repetitive. I also wish the combat system had more depth—it works, but it feels kind of basic and underdeveloped. The side missions and NPCs at various facilities didn’t leave much of an impression either, which made those parts of the game feel a bit flat. But honestly? Death Stranding is one of those games I just love—so much that I can’t even fully explain why. It just hit me in a way most games don’t. It might not be perfect, but it’s special. And that’s enough to make it a 9/10 in my book.

Uncharted 4 delivers one of the most balanced and satisfying gaming experiences I’ve had. The blend of gameplay and graphics is exceptional — fluid action, tight controls, and visuals that still hold up incredibly well on both PS4 and PS5. The story is perfect, giving Nathan Drake a memorable and emotional sendoff that hits all the right notes. The level design and variety in environments kept me engaged for hours at a time, from jungles to ancient ruins, and every chapter felt fresh and immersive. As someone who enjoys trophy hunting, earning the platinum was a bit ****, but still fun and rewarding. Overall, it’s a beautiful, cinematic adventure that hits the sweet spot between storytelling, gameplay, and visual spectacle.

Bloodborne is a masterclass in atmosphere and game design. From the moment I stepped into Yharnam, I was hooked. The haunting music, gothic visuals, and relentless tone kept me immersed for over 50 hours. The combat is fast, fluid, and rewarding — a perfect blend of skill and strategy. Each boss encounter feels unique and memorable, offering a real sense of accomplishment once defeated. The leveling and weapon upgrading systems are deep but intuitive, giving a strong sense of progression without ever feeling overwhelming. What truly sets Bloodborne apart is the experience itself — it’s challenging, mysterious, and incredibly satisfying. It’s not just a game you play; it’s one you endure, survive, and remember. I haven’t had the chance to dive into The Old Hunters DLC yet, but if it lives up to the base game, I’m in for another unforgettable journey. A near-perfect game that fully deserves its reputation as a modern classic.
