Poor monster hunter rise... it has been destroyed in metacritic by users who don't know anything about the franchise, who started and played only world or who directly hate the game. Anyone who reads these negative reviews and uses them as a reference I only have to say one thing: DON'T DO IT. Go and watch a youtube video about the game and draw your own conclusions, because honestly I haven't seen so much hate towards a game with solid mechanics for a long time. Don't expect an objective critique from the haters. For my part I can say that this release of rise is spectacular in every aspect, but if this is your first game and you don't click with it, unfortunately the franchise is not for you. But please, just because I hate a game or don't like it doesn't mean it's bad. I give zelda a 10, but I don't like the game! so I don't know why leave a negative comment on a game that is good but you just don't like it or won't even play it. Judge for yourself and try it!

I read the negative reviews here on metacritic and was afraid that my purchase of the game was as bad as I was told. But my surprise is that it turned out to be a satisfyingly fun and challenging game! I love the soundtrack, especially during the tough boss fights. The animation is very fluid and spectacular to look at, even on low graphics it doesn't look bad. It's a full-fledged dark souls game, so the fights are hard but they are fun, besides having a difficulty selector for those who don't want to break their backs so much (even the easy mode is not so easy haha) I read somewhere that the combat was repetitive and you didn't have a lot of movement repertoire, which is weird because in reality you have many ways to face a combat and a skill tree that makes everything more dynamic, I don't understand what they meant by repetitive. The map is linear but also lets you explore at your leisure, it is semi open world and there are unlockables that can be very useful if you are curious enough. The story is pretty simple but the game is unpretentious and doesn't pretend to be, so it delivers pretty well. Perhaps my only negative point would be that I feel that there are several loose ends that should have been answered. Anyway, I recommend 100% this game, it deserves it. It doesn't need a sequel either but I wouldn't mind having one haha.

I don't consider myself nostalgic, as I just came from playing burnout 3 takedown and it was a great game. It was a disappointment to see that burnout paradise has absolutely nothing of what made the previous titles great, The only good thing are the graphics. Even music here is just... boring. it seems a pretty generic game in my opinion. Bye bye burnout paradise, I will continue playing 3

My favorite game of yu gi oh, the sountrack is incredible and its gameplay once you get the hang of it can be very addictive, not to mention that the graphics are too good for the ps2. Being objective this game is well done, the only bad thing I see is that if you don't like the gameplay, you just won't like it. It's one of those games that you either love it or hate it

It's like one of those old nes games with more polished graphics and mechanics. I don't find it very interesting being such a simple game, but the game is well done. That destroying the city, the adorable pixel art and the fact that you can play with 4 players makes it a lot of fun for my kids.

Pienso que el juego es muy divertido, pero lo unico que no me convence son los sonidos del trombon los cuales encuentro muy irritantes, sin mencionar que el mouse es muy sensible y casi siempre es facil perder las notas. Si puedes perdonar estos dos problemas subjetivos, entonces creo que disfrutaras bastante del juego.
