Long gone are the days of old BioWare and EA’s awful touch ruining yet another game studio. It’s beyond clear this is no longer the talented writing team. The writing is crass, uninspired, laughable, and pure trite. Consider dragon age origins is so well beloved because of its writing and story, that is the *most* important aspect and is what everyone cares about. And the writing ****. Embarrassing, and sad.

Phenomenal. In a sea of garbage, this sequel improves upon the original in almost every way.

Undoubtedly one of the greatest multiplayer games I have ever played. VALVe mastered the hero shooter years and years before any of these companies started trying to, and yet they all mostly failed. The characters are balanced exactly as they should be, and each character has multiple play styles. The maps and design for the game is phenomenal. I have over 1,800 hours clocked into this game, I’ve done Mann vs Machine, competitive, casual, you name it.. and the best way to play is a solid community server on your favorite map. Absolutely solid title, with fun, funny, and interesting characters. Simply watch the “Meet the..” videos to get a taste of their personalities. Much better than most of the thirst traps of Overwatch.

I have played through this game twice now. Both times it felt like a pure chore to endure. The main story is far from captivating, the world is full of tedious repetitive location objectives, and fetch quests. It’s bloated, and a pure slog. I may have originally wanted to give it a 5 or 6, due to how beautiful the graphics are. Additionally, the discovery tour is awesome. Worth picking up on an extremely discounted sale to check out some of the environments, but this game is far from the amazing ratings some of the incredibly obvious paid for professional reviews have it. The positive reviews for this will age like milk.
