This game is an amazing achievement on Switch 2. Yes the framerate drops to 30 often with Leon during heavy combat encounters and yes the image can get blurry at times. But the fact that the core experience can be enjoyed on this little 15-20W machine is astonishing. This is indeed one of the best RE game ever released, the pacing and gameplay variety is refreshing. You get both the survival horror of RE7 and the action packed gameplay of RE4/5/6 in one beautiful package. If you're a fan of the serie or just someone who loves to enjoy amazing games, please treat yourself with this incredible experience.

Great game not only for fans of the Prime Trilogy but for newcomers of the genre too. It may be a less cohesive package than Prime 1 but if you take your take and appreciate what's on offer here it really does scratch that Prime itch that we all had since MP3 : Corruption. The visual, art direction and audio experience is top notch, it probably is the most advanced Nintendo produced game on both Switch systems at the moment. The gameplay is oldschool in a good way in my opinion, it really does still feel like the only First-Person Adventure game on the market and I love it for it. My only real complaints are the way too frequent hints from your engineer while you free-roam. A notification system like Prime 1 would've been much better. Another sizable nit-pick is the level-design. Some of the dungeons really feels like linear corridors, a big departure from the maze-like environnements of the previous entries. The game still great but I hope that Retro can take the feedback and improve for Metroid Prime 5 if we ever see a sequel.

This is an overwhelming achievement in the Hybrid console sphere. The DLSS hardware gives an amazing image quality both on handheld mode & on a 4KTV. I played this with a physical copy and it truly is astonishing that CD projekt could fit Cyberpunk2077 + Phantom Liberty on a 64Gb cartridge. If you have the game on another dedicated console/PC but want to give the game a try on aportable device, THIS is the version to get.

Absolutely wonderful little game. Simple gameplay mechanics. A fun and moving story in a short and effective package.

This games brings back so many memories from 2002. Retro Studio really did an amazing job remaking the game with beautiful graphics & a few tweak to improve the accessibility. This is now hands down the best way to play Metroid Prime.

Best racing game on Switch period. The only downside Is the lack of local and online multiplayer. But the amount of polish put into this game is really astonishing especially when considering it's price (44 CAN$)
