This game is absolutely precious. The story is sweet, every character is absolutely lovable, and the art style complements it perfectly. There wasn't a single moment of the game that didn't have some sort of impact on me.

While the fun and enjoyment is still there, it quickly devolves into boring button mashing your way through an easy gaming experience.

Although it has a heavy reliance on the anime, that in no way deters the awesome action and thrills that playing as these characters gives. The voice acting is as perfect as usual, the action is fast-paced and makes you feel like you are these characters. Extremely enjoyable.

Good storyline and the same fun action/stealth aesthetic of the first, but the world building feels lackluster in comparison and the idea of playing one of two characters feels like a cheap way to get some more hours of playtime out of you. As well, easiness on the verge of becoming boring still plagues this sequel.

While not quite as good as the first, Monument Valley 2 still has the same usage of beautiful scenery, amazing level design and highly enjoyable puzzles, while also having a powerful story about love and growing up to tie it all together.

A perfectly viable time-waster. A fun game to play with friends, provided that the long loading times, loads of bugs and glitches, and the toxic community don't deter you.

A fun retro-style platformer with quirky characters, great music and amazing level design. The only real complaint I have is some wonky dialogue, but even that is a minor complaint.

While the first act has a bit of promise to it, it quickly devolves into an incoherent and overly cryptic mess, with glitches left, right and center.

The years of waiting for a true release were worth it. An expanse of ocean with hundreds of mysteries to uncover is highly entertaining. The variety of beautiful landscapes mean that you have to actively try to get bored in this environment. As well, the sheer variety of creatures is insane, all with well-rendered designs and some of the best creature sound design in a video game to date. It also has a rather subtle horror style to it by means of the Reaper Leviathan. All in all, it is a great game to lose track of time in.
