Elysium may have been ahead of its time, though universal, seems more potently exposé for current times, five years later. Critics didn't do the film justice, so I would recommend watching with an open mind. Spectacular visual effects and an all-star international cast with roles beyond their typical typecast (aside from Bourne in Space).
