The graphics are breathtaking, from the amazing scenery to the incredible effects, everything is detailed and beautiful. The world created is the best a game has ever achieved, by a big margin. Not only is it huge, it's also extremely complex and filled with life. I did not expect this level of complexity this generation. The gameplay is varied and very fun. It gives you mundane tasks in order to get you into the atmosphere but not to the extent where it feels like a chore. And the variety of missions, side-missions and tasks is simply outstanding. The story is well crafted, beautifully ties into the previous game, masterfully develops the characters, and ends with a well crafted bang. Truly the easiest 10 out of 10 I gave.

Absolutely brilliant game, from start to finish. The gameplay is interesting, complex and very fun. The story is impact and smartly written, the graphics are stunning, the directing is off the charts. Basically it handles every aspect marvelously. Only praises for this one!

Another shallow game from MS. I didn't expect much from Rare given their recent repertoire, but still, this game received so much attention that it gave me a tiny bit of hope. Nope. This game is fun for the first few hours, while you look around, laugh with friends, and do the activities at hand. After about 3-4 hours however, you've pretty much seen all you need to see in the game. So from that point on, everything is a repetitive and boring grind to expand your arsenal of cosmetic upgrades.

I gave it a 1 due to the graphics being good, otherwise I would've looked for the minus 3 rating. The game is completely ruined by greed. I want to have fun and take part in what the game has to offer, but everything feels as if it's locked away behind payments. It all feels incomplete, rushed, and mediocre.

Not as good as the critics make you think it is, but overall a pretty good game. The story is not excellent, the combat could use some more polishing, but the world created is simply marvelous.

What a game! A gorgeous open world that is finally not just an empty shell, but a rich and complex place full of activities and things to discover. It's a joy just to run around the map and look around. Besides that, it's highly visible they invested in writing, Alloy is a beautifully developed character mixed up in a very interesting and uniqe story. The gameplay is up to par as well, with a very interesting and fulfilling (while at times very hard) combat system that always brings something new to the table. This is a statement that Guerilla Games is one of the best developers out there, and I am hooked to see what they come up with next.

Mediocre is the best description. It doesn't excel at anything, yet it doesn't do anything really poorly either. Decent graphics, decent gameplay (rather easy, but still), and decent story. Is it good? Nope. Is it bad? Nope.

This user critic score is useless due to people that can't withhold themselves from giving a 10 or a 1/2 just to drive the score up or down. You have to be a moron to say this game is a 1, no it's not down to taste, even if you didn't like the game, you still have to appreciate the graphical value, the narrative value, and so on, regardless of what your taste is. That being said, this is a great game, it retained the good things from the first one and added to that. It is pretty easy at times, giving yout the feeling that you're simply overpowered, but it does the job.

* I want to start out by saying I'm sorry for the 500+ people that gave this game negative reviews. Even if you're not a fan of the genre you should still respect the level of quality and not give out negative reviews out of spite. It's not good to give into your frustrations. Sorry. This game sets a new standard for this generation. The graphics are unreal, you spend a lot of time just looking around and drooling at how beautiful everything looks. Even indoors, the detail of every room and object is simply outstanding. This is how a game should be developed. The gameplay is fun, refreshing and extremely suspenseful throughout. It doesn't give you the time to get bored and it lets you master your own style of play and create the Drake you want to create. The story is the star of the show however. All Uncharted games had a pretty solid story for a video-game, but this one tops them, and by a pretty big margin. The story is carefully planned, interesting, intelligent, developing the characters along the way, and keeping you extremely entertained throughout. The diallogues, the action, it all comes together perfectly. 10/10 by far. If all devs will approach games like Naughty Dog do, gaming would be a much, much more interesting and evolved place. Congrats Naughty Dog and congrats Sony.

Dull and rushed plot. Good graphics. Repetitive gameplay. Mad Max is a game youl wil most likley have fun with for a couple of hours, but then struggle to get through to the end.

A masterful ending for Telltale's best game yet. Combined a complex and interesting story with some well-developed and outright fun characters. Telltale are getting better and better at this, and it's easily visible.

Anybody that gives this game a 0 is either an idiot or just wants to prove a point and not actually grade the game. Even due to the graphics and physics you CAN NOT rate this game with a 0. Take a moment to applaud the idiots that did. Now, regarding the game, I didn't find it particularly amusing. It's fun at the beginning and it's nice to admire the scenery, try a few stunts, but it gets really old, really fast and you start getting bored with it. Don't regret spending the money, but wouldn't spend time replaying it.

The story and graphics are very, very, very, very poor. But the gameplay drags this game out of annonimity. I don't think it's as good as the critics/fans promote it to be, but definitely worth a try if you don't have any other game in the way.

This game proves that you can't count on the User Score, ever. It's only being used to prove a point, and not to actually rate the quality of the games. For a game like this, however big your standards are, it's not a zero, a one or a two. It simply isn't. Let's say you think the gameplay hasn't improved, it's not zero. Let's say you think the graphics are not up to par with other games of its generation, it's not zero. Too bad that a User Score section can't actually be used properly.

Not that the user score is relevant in any way (due to the people that vote "0" just to prove a point), but I'm gonna leave my opinion any way. The game is one of the best third person shooters ever made. The sheer complexity of the game is overwhelming and takes some times to get used to, even with the game slowly easing you into all the features. The gameplay is extremely detailed and lets you approach every mission or situation however you desire. If Hitman or other stealth games make you feel like you're missing out if you're not doing the missions stealthy, Metal Gear avoids that at all cost. Whichever way you approach it, the options of succeeding are endless and usually very satisfying, always putting your imagination and wit to the test. Also, the whole idea of you comendeering a "mother base" is genius and adds a different feel to the usual third person action, along with the use of a "buddy" that assists you in missions. Overall a masterpiece **** from every perspective. I know it's all about taste and that different people can have different opinions, but a game this complex and detailed can only receive a grade of 5 or less from somebody that wants to prove a point, or didn't actually take the time to try it.

The story doesn't dissapoint, at all. It's interesting, complex and well presented. However, I can't say the same thing about the gameplay, which for me was rather disappointing. Very few meaningful decisions and very few scenes where you control the sitiuation. I felt like I was watching a movie, and nothing more. I will count out the graphics, since the developers focus on the story, and I don't consider that to be a negative thing. 9 story 3 gameplay 6 overall

After playing it, I consider Far Cry 4 to be an upgrade attempt at Far Cry 3. The graphics are better, but just a little better. The gameplay is more varied, but again, just a little. And the story tries to match the intensity and originality of the other, but in my opinion, fails to do so. The game is pretty good, but doesn't exceed the expectations I've set (due to the previous game, which was a masterpiece) in any category.

Very, very poor game overall in my opinion. The gameplay is limted and repetitive. I chose to play as Witch Doctor and it was probably the easiest and most boring game expericences of my life. I chose the normal difficulty yet I think I died once or twice in the whone game. Every level is the same, you just get continuously swarmend by the monsters in that area, nothing surprising, nothing interesting. And the combat is borderline ****, you have a few spells to choose from and you get to gradually upgrade those spells, but you don't have to. I finished the game with the spells I got, without bothering to switch or change them at any point. And the whole game was the same thing: dodge, shoot, dodge, shoot. The graphics are ok but nothing spectacular. Just... meh. The story is difficult to follow if you're not a fan of the series and the characters are dull and useless. Very dissapointed.

Absolutely great game. Only Infamous Second Son can be compared with this game, leaving GTA5, Saints Row4 or other open worlds, waaaay behind. The game is original, the whole idea of hacking your surroundings is an interesting one, and even though the gameplay around it is very simple now (you push one button), it can be greatly polished in the future and can easily be improved. The graphics looks stellar. A couple of bugs here and there, and the problem that people pop-in close when you're driving at high speeds, but that's a small price to pay compared to how great the overall visuals look. The character is detailed and polished, the environment is well designed, and everything creates a realistic and beautiful atmosphere. Solid story, interesting and fun to follow. Great multiplayer as well. 10/10

Not the worst NFS game I've played, but still pretty bad. Let's start with the positives: - Very good graphics. The cars, the landscape, the effects, all combine well into this very complex visual experience. Top notch. - It has a story behind it. Even though a not very complex one, I love the fact that the game has a story behind it. And then the negatives: - Disgusting A.I. How is it even possible to develop such terrible A.I. in a 21st century game is incredible to me. How did no one think that this is a bad idea. The opponents are poorly scripted and make the game a constant frustration. If you are behind, the opponents wait for you so you can catch up. If you are in front, they are flying. Constant frustration. - The driving feels poorly designed. I know it's Need For Speed so I'm not expecting simulator driving, however, let's at least hint in that direction. It's like you're driving a spaceship in a 90s game, not a modern day car. - Loading times. Wow. If I wanted to finish the race without using any resets and I had to restart the whole race every time I made a mistake, I had to wait about 2 minutes after every mistake. About 2 minutes! And if I choose to play hard, I will probably make some mistakes here and there. I'm not very picky when it comes to car games, but still, disappointing.

I had really high hopes for this game. My mistake. I found the story really dull and boring. During the whole story I never once was amazed by what happened or interested in what there is to come. The characters are the same as the story, I never felt interested in what happens to them. Dull! The graphics are good, but not very good. Granted, I finished Infamous right before so my standards were probably pretty high. But still, I wasn't impressed. The gameplay is what drags it down even more if you ask me. Very repetitive, chaotic and often extremely frustrating. Even when you manage to overcome a difficult situation, there is no reward, no sense of pride, just more of the same gameplay. Ugh, frustrating and boring at the same time. It's been a long time since I've been so dissapointed by a game.

Good game, but not very. The gameplay is ok, but it lacks variety. It would've been nice to have something else besides loads of enemies and some tanks here and there. It got boring for me at some point. The story doesn't help a lot either. It's not bad, due to the characters, but it lacks a captivating narrative. The graphics are good however. With minor glitchy exceptions here and there, the graphics feel next-gen. I was not interested in multiplayer so I cannot really comment on that.

Great game! Loved the single player. It combines great graphics with varied gameplay and a decent story. As for the multiplayer, personally I didn't like it because of the chaotic type of gameplay, however, it's not something that really matters to me when I chose to buy a game.

The hype around it made me expect a very good game, so when I saw how mediocre it is, I was obviously disappointed. I see Titanfall as a regular shooter (like Battlefield for example), but without the single player. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game, it has good graphics and an acceptable gameplay, however, that's it. I kept hearing how original it is and how it changes the shooter genre, but I really don't see it. The fact that you can double jump or wall-run, I don't think it's really revolutionary. And the part with the Titans, if in other multiplayer games you have tanks and vehicles, here you have Titans, which essentially are the same thing, only they look cooler. Bottom line, I enjoyed playing the game for a while, but that's it. I would've given it a much bigger score if it had a solid single player campaing along side this multiplayer, but sadly it's not the case. I will definitely be more careful when going for EA games that are not FIFA from now on.

It is by far the best game I've ever played. The graphics are incredible. I could just walk around the city for hours without even trying my powers, just too look around at the beautiful views. The gameplay is flawless and complex. Your powers are not only incredibly well designed and a pleasure too look at, they're also very diverse and great to use. They feel natural and interesting. The game has numerous activities aside from the main story which are very fun to do. I usually only went to main-story missions after hours of ****! The story is captivating and interesting as well. Following a very dinamic and funny character, the story is easily the best in the franchise if you ask me. The main story playthrough is not that long, but it might as well count as half of the game, since it should be done in two playthroughs (good and evil). Because you mainly have different powers, activities, missions, etc, so the second time around it will probably be just as fun. It's a great game from all aspects and I want to thank and congratulate **** Punch and Sony for what they've achieved. Amazing!

The only reason why this review isn't a major 10 is because of the length. I don't find it acceptable to launch basically a demo for 30$. If it was free, I would've praised them continuously until the launch of the full game. But this, this is just being greedy. Yes, it may take a few hours if you do side-missions, and it will probably take even 10 hours if you spend 8 hours looking at the sky, however, at the end of the day, it's a approx. 1 hour game, and it should be called a demo (and be free) if you ask me. The game is amazing. The gameplay is well designed and complex, the graphics are flawless, and the story is interesting.

I'm not a big fan of arcade games in general but I thought I'd give this one a try because of the hype around it. I finished it in a few hours and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. If I'd have to define a mediocre game I'd immediately point at this one. The gameplay is acceptable, the graphics are acceptable (for an arcade game) and there is almost no story behind it. Big 5 for this game. Big!

I think the critics exaggerated with the praises for this game. It is a good game, but that's it. I don't find it ground-breaking, I don't find it incredible, I find it just good. The fact that they made 3 characters is a great change from the other GTA titles. You get to see every character's story and how they interact with one another. Good move here. The gameplay is good, but not very. They improved the fighting/moving a bit, but they regressed at driving if you ask me (the cars moved better in GTA 4). Still, a lot of activities around the city, and the map is fairly big so there are a lot of things to try, but then again, nothing really, really impressive. The graphics are the low-point if you ask me. It looks like a slightly improved GTA4. Which is understandable, because otherwise it probably wouldn't have worked on PS3/Xbox 360, but still, why praise it for something that in the end is mediocre. Good game overall, had fun playing it. But not near the masterpiece that people are trying to make it seem.

Finally Asssassin's Creed releases a good game. Since the last game from the series that I actually enjoyed was Brotherhood, I was beginning to be a little depressed when it comes to Assassin's Creed. However, they managed to fix that with Black Flag. The graphics are outstanding, the story is solid, and the gameplay is fresh and interesting. I was not expecting such a big change from them, and it was a pleasant surprise. I'm actually looking forward for the next game now.

The only explanation I could come up for those negative reviews is the fact that people compare it to the other games in the series. The Thief series was a ground-breaking set of games that defined the stealth games in general. I can only imagine that if you expect it to be a defining and ground-breaking again (just like it was before) you are going to be disappointed. If you look at it as a new game, and don't compare it to the old ones, I think the opinion would change. I find it to be a damn good game. The story is ok, not good, but ok. The graphics are good, they really make you feel like you're a part of that world. And the gameplay is incredibly intriguing. You can finish missions in multiple ways and actually have fun with all the features they put at your disposal. Overall, not the best game, but definitely not a bad one if you ask me.

Didn't like the game. It is pretty scary here and there I have to admit, but that's not enough. I expected much more from it both gameplay-wise and story-wise.

Such a great game! It has the retro feel to it, which I like, and even though it doesn't exceed with graphics nor gameplay (compared to the major PS4 titles), it proved to be a really, really fun time. Love it!

Usually FIFA doesn't change much from year to year, but in this case, the changes are huge, and almost all of them are great ones. First of all, the next-gen graphics are great! Just looking at the cut-scenes and at the crowd is a very interesting activity on it's own. Secondly, the gameplay feels much more realistic and complex than with the previous games. Third, the updates (this has a positive side and a negative one). The positive side is that you get constant updates on the roster based on what happens in reality (if Rooney plays great, he gets a boost in-game too). The negative side is that if you play regular matches with friends, you have to constantly do the substitutions over, and over, and over, and over. Which gets frustrating at some point. But hey, it's a minor issue in a multitude of great improvements. Brilliant game!

I like the previous Tomb Raider games also, but this one... this one tops them all. Before, the foundation of Tomb Raider was it's game-play, caring much less about story, characters or even graphics. However, this one has them all. The story is well written and though out, the characters are interesting, the game-play is much more complex and witty, and the graphics are beautiful. Amazing game. By far 10/10.

The game is incredible. I'm really not a huge fan of the FPS genre but this game makes me wonder why not. The story is amazing and complex, the graphics are detailed and flawless, and the atmosphere is simply unique. The only thing that is not extraordinary about the game is the game-play, which is good, but not sensational, like the other aspects of the game. I would give it a 9, because of the basic shooter game-play, however, I'll give it a 10 to balance it out a bit, for the people that gave it a 2 or 3 just to prove a point or something. Even if you don't like the game-play, you have to at least appreciate the story and/or graphics. Amazing.

For a small little game that focuses mainly on gameplay you'd think they don't make it repetitive. But they did. You get bored of rooms and rooms of bad guys which you have to kill by positioning yourself well and mashing space or whatever. The story is pretty dull too in my opinion. A pretty disappointing game after what I expected seeing those reviews and ratings.

Amazing game. A incredibly beautiful open-world where just looking around is satisfying, not to mention all the activities you can do. The gameplay is varied, hunting, taking bases, side-missions, crafting, discovering, and games like poker/aim challenge/races etc. The storyline is also pretty solid with a nice plot and greatly designed characters(especially the bad ones). The voice acting is top notch too. Only good things to say about this game in my opinion. I think it's a must-play for all the shooter fans.

The game definitely gives a new vibe to the series. The whole franchise was starting to get incredibly boring, in fact, i only played Revelations to keep up with the storyline. Even though I would've liked them to take some time(a couple of years at least) and come out with an incredible game, I will make the most of what they did and enjoy the small, but interesting changes brought. The storyline continues to be good and the gameplay is a little more varied than before. The game in general has the same feel but if you think about it that's not really a bad thing.

Overall good game. Nice graphics, nice gameplay, good storyline. However, the reason i decided to give it a 6/10 is because of the enormous potential wasted along with the decision to switch to Checkpoints instead of keeping the Save method. It is pathetic. Even the fact that the creators took this option into consideration is awful. The fun of experimenting is gone. Almost every cool move you succeed is useless because if you make a mistake afterwords it all goes to **** and you have to start over. If you want to do things stealthy you will find yourself doing the same thing over and over and over and over until the whole succession of moves is correct, which in my opinion(and apparently not just my opinion) is utter ****

I haven't played Hitman Absolution and Far Cry 3 isn't out yet, but for now, best game of the year in my opinion. Original and interesting storyline, amazingly diverse and engaging gameplay and very good graphics. Overall, a great and complex game that every gamer should play at least once.

Great game. I didn't think i could still really enjoy a 2d puzzle-ish game. But yeah, i can. The story is pretty simple, but the gameplay compensates, very diverse and interesting from start to finish. Worth every penny.

The plot is funny, the lines are funny, the quests are awesome, cool gameplay, pretty much a very good game overall. The only negative thing would be the co-op, where it's extremely boring for the "sidekick" to play. Good game !

Probably the best game i've played, ever. The story is interesting and complex, the gameplay is brilliant (fixed every bad thing from the first game) and the graphics make you feel like you're really in 1500 and in Italy. Amazing.
