I do not like this game as much as everyone else, and, to be honest, I feel this game is extremely overrated. First off, the beginning of the game drags on a little too long. I had to pick the game up a couple of times just to get into it. I think the gameplay, characters, and story are great. Just certain parts of the game are too slow. After I was finally able to get into this game, I did enjoy it, and I had fun. Do I think this game is severely overrated? Yes. Do I think this is still a solid game, yes I do.

I am not in the majority with my opinion; I cannot get behind Skyrim. To be honest, fantasy has never been my favorite genre, and I think that has a lot to do with why this isn't my favorite game. I do not think the game is bad by any means, but it just is not for me. If you like fantasy, check this game out. If you like Bethesda, check this game out. And obviously, if you like Elder Scrolls and for some reason have never played Skyrim, check this game out.

Whoa, baby Half-Life 2. Half-Life 2 is very unique. Half-Life 2 is unlike any game I have ever played. This was one of the first games I have ever played, and it has stuck with me ever since its release. Each level of this game has something new and refreshing. I absolutely adore this game, and I love Valve. If you have a PC and have never played Half-Life 2, what are you doing?

Bioshock, my beloved. This is truly the best game I have ever played. I first picked this game up back in 2007 when it was released. I was 7 years old, and ever since then, this game has changed my life. Let me start by saying this game has some of the best atmosphere in any game. The feeling that rapture gives you really immerses you in the city. It is very claustrophobic, and sometimes you will have to get creative with the way you take on enemies. The plasmids are very cool, and without them, the game wouldn't be the same. I will not say any spoilers, but if you have never played this game, trust me and play it. This very well could become your favorite game as well.

Resident Evil 9 was one of the games releasing in 2026 that I was very excited about, and it did not disappoint. To me, this game feels like a throwback for the franchise, and it is refreshing to return to the roots. I do feel it is a good mix of both gameplay styles, and I think they mix very well. I also think they nailed the horror, not as creepy as Resident Evil 7, but still got me a few times. I recommend this game to any fans of the survival horror genre or the Resident Evil franchise. You are likely to like this game.
