The UK cast is extremely talented. Overall, I have laughed ten times more with SNL UK than I have with the original. SNL UK gets better musical guests too.

What a great show! On the surface, this is low brow comedy at its best. Look a little deeper and you find a little bit of heart. Look a little deeper still and we’re back to really funny d@&$ jokes. I crave this kind of comedy. More, more, more!

After the season finale, Dave is now my favorite show. It is not only funny, but it’s unpredictable. I feel like I’m watching a new art form that’s fresh and unpretentious. Dave insists upon itself, but in the best way possible. The show is like the poor ugly wet dude wearing a non matching track suit you meet with the hot shiny girlfriend who smells like unattainability and vacuums desire from everyone who looks in her direction. At first you just don’t understand why she would lower her standards. Maybe she grew up hefty or recently had a nose job that had to begin with blasting? After 5 minutes of interaction with him you have a semi and butterflies and start thinking he can do better. Thank you Dave and everyone involved with the show. Life has us down right now, and you bring us up for a half hour to 45 minutes a week. Please keep them coming!

I am giving Love is Blind a 10 not because it is good or worthwhile or even thought-provoking. It is simply entertaining to watch the outcome of producers plying lonely people with alcohol and marriage hopes (and basically a sex vacation with an attractive stranger) and setting them loose on each other. Its also hilarious to watch the hosts, Nick and Vannesa, come out every few episodes to robotically remind us of what we are watching.
