Fallout 4: Far Harbor4
Jul 27, 2016
I'm just going to throw this out there. This DLC is mediocre. That's all there is to it. The main story is short and it's **** as well with an ending that's the standard cheap cop out that we have all come to expect from the brainless unoriginal and untalented writers at bethesda. The side quests are even worse and if you go into this dlc at any kind of higher level, Even level 60 you will find that there is absolutely no challenge to be had. Everyone and everything dies too easy and there's just nothing fun about that. Exploration is also lacking with minimal pre war structures to be explored. And for some reason there's freaking super mutants there because of course bethesda's too cheap and half assed to be original so they're the only challenging thing on the island. The three factions you meet are pure garbage. (Surprising absolutely no one at this point) and you'll want to get all of their quest rewards and abandon them as soon as possible. The main quest is also glitched and keeps you from progressing and of course these scumbags haven't fixed it yet because they expect modders to fix everything for free. The only good thing to come of this dlc is some new gear and settlement items, That's it. Poorly done quests and characters ruined the dlc just like they ruined the main game. Surprise surprise.

Fallout 4: Wasteland Workshop0

Shocking absolutely no one this dlc is pure trash. It doesn't even **** work! The whole point of the damned thing is supposed to be for you to build arenas for settlers or hostile npc's to fight in or spectate and it doesn't work. You can do everything EXCEPT what this dlc was meant to do and that is host a combat arena and have people watch fights. Every time you open cages everyone turns hostile even when the pacifying machine is turned on (Which is SUPPOSED to keep hostile npc's from being a threat to your settlers). Bethesda is a joke. These imbeciles can't even properly code a simple DLC anymore!

Fallout 4: Vault-Tec Workshop0
Jul 27, 2016
With this latest addition to their seemingly endless run of shoddy poorly thought out broken and forgettable releases bethesda has once again shown everyone that they could not care less about their customers. Remember when todd howard told us that we could run experiments in a vault of our own? That was a lie. You build 4 small machines that do absolutely nothing and have one guy test them and that's it. You build the vault, (If you can get the garbage snap points to work that is). Do those four fast and simple things and you're done. And once you build the machines you can't build any others. even though in the teaser trailer you can clearly see multiples of said machines in use by vault dwellers. We can now add false advertising to the plethora of reasons why this company is complete trash. Todd howard and zenimax have turned this once proud studio into a worthless husk of it's former self that is staffed by the most incompetent coders on the planet. Don't waste your time or money on this piece of trash or any other bethesda products for that matter. This dlc is a joke, How these morons managed to take such a simple and easy to flawlessly pull off concept and utterly screw it up by making it a trivial boring and shallow crap fest is beyond me.

The single player is kind of boring and uninspired, Multiplayer is dead already somehow, I've only managed to get into two 1v1 death matches myself. This game makes me think of call of duty with demons. There's no form of complexity or depth at all. If you have the attention span **** and can't focus on anything but running around and shooting things then this game is for you. If you like depth and story with your games then you will be like me and handing in your copy shortly after purchasing it. Doom 3 is better by a land slide.

I really wish that I could rate this game higher I really do but it is just utterly broken in several ways currently and it is ridiculous that it was released in this condition, Essentially barely playable. Matchmaking is horrible and the servers are laggy to the point that most invaders will just glide across the ground without moving, several core features of the game such as weapon scaling some covens and infusement are broken and useless in several instances, NPC scaling is completely broken in some areas and weak enemies will randomly do over 1000 damage with one attack even if you're wearing heavy armor often times instantly killing you out of nowhere, Magic wasn't implemented well and it's a pain in the ass to use according to my friends and for some reason there isn't any freaking poise in the game so literally EVERYTHING will stagger you. Several weapons have phantom range that gives them twice as much reach, You will literally be staggered by almost everything that hits you no matter how high your poise is and hackers and lag switchers are already abundant in PVP and as usual fromsoft isn't doing jack to fix their broken ass product, choosing to ignore the actual problems and do patches that no one asked for instead. This game can be great fun but the amount of sheer **** that fills almost every aspect of it just ruins the experience. I'm honestly considering getting rid of my copy at least until all of the patches are done. And as unbalanced and messed up as this one is that will probably be a year from now. Some idiots will whine and say that i'm a noob even though i've been playing since the first game and that the game is SUPPOSED to be hard. Yeah, No **** you simpletons but the game ISN'T supposed to be broken to the point where you have to cheat and exploit glitches to freaking win. For example i've had people run up to me in pvp and guard break me when I wasn't blocking. I've also had these cheating **** take me into a back stab animation while they were standing right in front of me. The fact that these games are released so broken and borderline unplayable is a joke.

You might as well just play a basic dime a dozen first person shooter because the fallout experience is dead and gone, Killed in favor of catering to children and simpletons who can't follow any kind of deep storyline. Fallout 4 highlights just how far bethesda has fallen since the release of The Elder Scrolls Oblivion, One of the greatest RPG's of all time. Gone is the in depth immersive game play elements and interesting characters and leveling mechanics that bethesda games were once known for. This game is an rpg in title only. Having levels in S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats does absolutely nothing for you unless you take the perk associated with that level and there are no stats as well. This long awaited game has been gutted and stripped of any real rpg elements, actual quests and classic bethesda charm to allow idiots and children to easily beat it and that is unforgivable. Quest lines for factions are cheap and generic and almost always consist of go to A and get a mission to kill generic enemies at B. Or go to A and bring this item back to B. And this repeats OVER AND OVER AGAIN. And no matter how much you fortify your bases your settlers will get themselves kidnapped CONSTANTLY and you have to drop what you're doing to go help these worthless idiots or else they get removed from the game. I've lost track of how many times i've had to stop what I was doing to help these useless parasites. And those basic faction quests ALWAYS end up going from "Do me a favor" to "murder this guy who has helped you out way more than we have". Thus forcing you to take sides in the most pathetic and cheap way possible. The writers for this game should be beaten with lead pipes. There are several interesting groups and areas in the game that have absolutely no purpose and no story even though they were more deserving of most of those that actually do. For example, I came across a group of raiders that had a fake settlement as a trap. They were all torture obsessed psychos who tortured people until they died or joined them, I found a computer with a journal post that had a guy wondering why the people who they were torturing didn't understand what it was that they were trying to accomplish. There was no named raider or anything here to suggest WHAT they were trying to accomplish. And THEN there is vault 81. As soon as you find it you get a quest called vault 81. What is the quest you ask? Talk to the overseer. That's it, I **** you not. And this lame filler content is EVERYWHERE in this game. Such opportunities were just thrown into the trash and this instance needlessly repeats itself over and over again throughout the game across the entire map. The rush of finding unique and powerful weapons and armor to help in your quest is gone as well with the implementation of the garbage "legendary" system that results in you getting things such as a shotgun with a freaking infinite clip. How EXACTLY is that supposed to work? This stupid feature cheapens the entire game and ruins yet another beloved feature of the series. No more unique gear. This bull **** only serves to make the game less fallout and more basic generic garbage FPS. And it wouldn't be a bethesda game if the idiots took care of all of the glitches BEFORE they released the game. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as that piece of trash skyrim. Having my weapons randomly stop doing damage and characters refusing to talk to me for no reason is still a pain in the ass though. Follower and settler AI is HORRIBLE. These idiots do nothing but get in the way by blocking paths and doorways and stairs often times ignoring your commands. I have to usually Press A at LEAST 10 times before these rejects will talk to me. You're better off going it alone. And lets not forget that the game forces you to make decisions about who you will be allied with instead of allowing you to negotiate and make deals to ensure peace between factions. No, you're forced to choose ONE ally. Garbage. Pure garbage. And lets not forget the garbage framerate! With it's last two AAA RPG releases bethesda has made it abundantly clear that they are transitioning from a beloved epic story telling company to a generic throwaway company that does nothing but crap out forgettable dime a dozen time wasters in the name of a quick buck. It's beginning to become difficult to tell bethesda apart from EA and nintendo with this latest attack on everyone's nostalgia and repeated catering to the simple minded and young who lack the intelligence and maturity to enjoy a good story line. The only good things I can honestly say about this game are that the graphics and colors are nice and that the gun fighting elements are excellent. As a basic shooter this game is amazing, As a fallout game this is an abomination and an insult to every long time fan of the series who waited patiently for this game. Yet again, bethesda spits in the face of their fans. Todd howard, If you are reading this. **** you, You lying piece of ****

The Sims 38
Oct 14, 2015
The sims 3 stands out as the single best sims game ever created. The open world game style design is excellent as are it's customization features. Unfortunately this game requires a top of the line gaming pc to run at it's best and since it's an EA title good luck accessing the freaking servers to register your game and gain access to the player store! This game is one of the best things EA has ever done and as anyone with half a brain will tell you they have gone straight down hill ever since. If you have a high end PC then you should buy it right away but try to get it with all of the content packs during a sale so you can get the full experience for half or less of the ridiculously high price. I truly wish EA wasn't run by a bunch of simple minded greedy and cheap rejects. There could be so much done with a sims title if it were created by a competent game publisher. Pros: A large open world game system with lots to see and do. Lots of customization options that allow you to build your dream home. The size of your house is unrestricted and is limited only by your computer's limitations. There are some cool content packs and even a DLC island where you can start a luxury resort. If you can freaking access it the player store offers loads of unique custom items that you cannot get in game. Cons: It's an EA game and EA is run by incompetent pieces of **** so the sims 3 servers, The thing that a significant portion of the game's fun factor depends on. Can be impossible to access for some people for no reason and EA won't do a damn thing to fix it either. Because they're EA. And they only know how to be worthless greedy **** holes. The system requirements are higher than most any other game you can think of. This game eats memory like a fat kid eats cake. You need an expensive gaming pc with quality parts to run it at it's peak.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor3
Oct 14, 2015
This game is a piece of **** There's no other way to look at it. The combat controls are unresponsive and get you killed regularly, Graphics and textures take forever to load in and the game will randomly lag for no reason. character models are decent but repetitive. There is also a half assed orc rank system in which random throw away orcs will gain power as captains and replace each other non stop. Oh, And they also get stupid bonuses like immunity to ranged attacks. HOW can you deflect an arrow from someone you didn't know was on top of a three story building BEHIND you? This stupid crap is just an excuse to not put boss battles into the game. It seems that everything about this game was done in the quickest and cheapest way possible and that makes it complete and utter garbage. The game would have been better if the social hierarchy was set in stone and presented in a more cinematic way with lots of well written quest missions with actual depth to them instead of just telling you to go to point X and kill random throw away npc orc number 1000,000,001. This game is cheap in every sense of the word and it's obvious that the only way it got good reviews was through bribes. Stick to RPG's that are actually worth a damn and leave this one on the shelf. You aren't missing anything.

The graphics are frankly AMAZING for a 2002 title and the controls and gameplay are pretty smooth and easy to learn as well. The world and it's enemies are unique and well designed and the first person HUD gameplay fits perfectly. This game is fun and well worth buying. Lots of exploring, Secrets to find and puzzles to solve.

Jan 11, 2015
I'm just going to cut to the chase, This game honestly kinda ****. If it wasn't on the **** console in recent history then things could have been FAR different but as it is the controls are wonky thanks to the fact that you have to reset your freaking controller every few minutes just so that you can actually freaking play the game. The graphics are decent but they are blended with a bubblegum bright color scheme to hide the fact that the wii was a cheap piece of **** barely capable of producing graphics on par with the gamecube. My biggest gripe with this game is that every aspect of it seems to be marketed towards children. All of the things that made Twilight Princess and Majora's Mask so amazing are completely absent in this game. The dark brooding atmosphere and creative enemies and bosses are replaced with neon bright colors and almost friendly looking foes, Not to mention the fact that there are like. MAYBE twenty people in the floating city that you are protecting and the fact that the freaking zoras are replaced with TALKING SEAHORSES. This game is just plain **** and I never even bothered to finish it.

This game is one of the few games out there deserving to be called a masterpiece. It's dark and moody art style fits perfectly with the dark theme of the game and it's beautiful music fits perfectly. The enemies are creative and fantastic and the dungeons and their bosses are truly epic and well designed. All the gear you obtain will be used regularly as well unlike the other zelda games where half of the items you get can only be of any use in one or two areas. Combat is fluid and easy to pick up and is fun and the boss battles actually require a little thought. overall this game is simply amazing and is honestly one of the last things that nintendo actually did right. You would have to be a tasteless reject to not love this game.

Alien: Isolation4
Jan 10, 2015
PROS. Great period correct atmosphere that looks like an early 80's sci-fi film. Good well polished graphics with minimal glitches that are top of the line for last gen consoles. The alien detail is excellent. CONS. Clunky and sometimes poorly thought out controls. (You have to hold down x to reload your gun instead of just pressing it for example. And instead of having a menu for crafting items you have to hold down a series of buttons to bring up a half assed menu that is a little buggy.) And if you get attacked don't expect to be able to get away with any DEGREE of ease because if you try to run right after breaking a grapple hold your joystick won't work and you'll just end up running in a straight line, Often times into another F*CKING enemy. And your character is also apparently mentally **** as she seems to think that the perfect time to stop running is when she is being shot at. I **** you not she will just outright stop running for absolutely no reason at random when you're trying to get away from the **** that's trying to kill you. Seemingly super human AI senses. I swear no matter what I do the freaking alien runs right up to me every time even if i'm hiding from it. And if you sneak up on a guy and club him to death his friends will all turn around and have an instant lock on you even if you didn't make a sound. This utter BULL**** got me killed SO many times. Pretty sparse scares. For a game that is supposed to scare you as the main SELLING point this game doesn't do a very good job of it. The game is WAAAAAY too dark in some places, It's supposed to be scary but when you're trying to find your way around it just becomes annoying. Collision glitches can occur suddenly without warning and stop you from moving, Parts of the game world may suddenly vanish as well. Combat is horribly one sided, Most enemies take several shots from a revolver to bring down and they can also counter your melee attacks. Your hand held motion tracker is a worthless piece of **** that tells you that the alien is safely walking down a distant hallway when it's actually right beside you. IN CONCLUSION. Aliens: Isolation is a beautiful to look at game with in game mechanics so horribly implemented and poorly thought out that they will kill you ten times more than any enemy in the game. With it's buggy game play and coding errors you're sure to be red hot with anger instead of afraid. This game is NOT worth buying. Amnesia: The dark descent is BY FAR a better game than this could ever hope to be. If you want a survival horror experience that will leave you on the edge of your seat and biting your lower lip buy that instead. And besides, You can install custom stories on amnesia so you're actually getting several survival horror games in one! It may not be as pretty but it's core mechanics are rock solid and the game is genuinely horrifying when played alone in the dark.

Though it's graphics are now long outdated this game is still one of my favorite games of all time. The ambiance is chilling and every aspect of this game blends together flawlessly. The story is a bit short but is is deep and supplemented with many fun side quests and cool characters. The music, enemies and creatures and npc characters are all uniquely fallout and will be hard wired into my brain for the rest of my life. The only reason i'm not giving this gem a perfect score is because it's color shading is a bit off and it makes everything look kinda greenish and there are a few minor glitches. Do yourself a favor and go buy the GOTYE of this game now.

This game is HORRIBLE. In every **** regard it is horrible. The enemies are nearly indestructible, They ALWAYS seem to know where you are. You are never given an indication on what the HELL you are supposed to do to defeat the bosses even if they can only be beaten in a particular manor. The game is just plain almost impossible to play due to it's difficult and the sheer amount of **** you and thanks for the money!" feeling you get when you realize that you got **** into shelling out your hard earned money on such a massive piece of **** It should be illegal to release games this bad!

The ambiance, The sounds and lighting all work together to leave you wanting to stop but you just can't! Coming from the legendary creator of Resident Evil, We all expected great things from this game, What we got was a cheap knockoff of RE-4 with a cheap, half assed story that makes no sense. The game plays and handles well enough and the ambiance is genuinely spooky but there is little to nothing here that makes this game actually -Scary- and to make matters worse if you want to give the SLIGHTEST of **** about the main character you have to hunt around every inch of this game to find recordings and files that reveal his tragic back story. Which is freaking STUPID. I had my hopes set so high for this too! It IS worth playing but you should rent it, Don't buy it. It's just not worth it.

In all honesty this game is a cheap attempt to bleed the series for every cent they can. Dec 17, 2014
Don't get me wrong, I actually LIKE this game but it should NOT have been released in it's current state. The game is broken and ugly and the devs should be ashamed of themselves for letting this broken thing hit the market. The GOOD: Easy to learn/Use controls that allow you to drop right into the game without any real learning curve. Rather extensive crafting capabilities that allow you to forge weapons and armor better than anything you will be able to buy or find. A pretty well thought out story with many deep and well written characters. The addition of mounts adds a new way to explore the maps although many may prefer to hoof it. The BAD: Remember the beautiful teasers that showed rich vivid colors smooth flawless textures and seamless gameplay that bioware claimed was on the consoles? That was a lie. Those graphics came from high end specialty gaming Pc's used to develop videogames. I own this game for the 360 and literally ALL of the games item/weapon/enviroment/character and armor textures are either missing or are broken,(Character models will usually load in after a while but they are still ugly and your facial hair floats off of your skin) Some weapon attachments actually float beside your head instead of fitting on your weapon! There are NUMEROUS stutter bugs during several key dialog moments that tell the story of your friends and allies that render them inaudible sometimes nothing is said at all and then you are asked by the game to make a tough decision based on the information that you weren't even told, Other times the conversation will just freeze completely. There are sometimes random lag spikes and frame rate drops for no apparent reason as well. Sometimes the game will reset your settings for no reason while other times NPC traders and quest givers will outright just not talk to you. Many times the game will actually stop responding at random and it won't fix itself until you restart your entire system. Another beef I have with this game is the fact that nearly all of the traders do not level up with you! They have the same crappy gear from the time you start till the time you beat the game and you will literally just visit them to sell crap because the stuff you get from killing enemies doing quests and crafting is literally better than anything they ever have, which is a stupid thing to do in an RPG. A-lot of the side quests you come across while exploring areas are nothing but cheap filler content with no substance at all and often times the theme of them is recycled from one quest to the next and they are really just pointless and boring. The combat basically boils down to you sitting there holding down the trigger to attack while periodically pressing buttons to use abilities, While this may not seem so bad at first it quickly loses it's appeal when you realize that the game has over 70 hours worth of game play to shrug though including side quests, A more open ended hack and slash combat system would have been a better choice in my opinion. Perhaps worst of all is the fact that the import game feature absolutely DOES. NOT. WORK. When creating a new character the import character icon pops up for a brief moment only to vanish right before your eyes. The two games you dutifully played through hoping you've made the right choices were completely pointless. IN CONCLUSION: This game WAS supposed to be an epic RPG but as usually these scumbag AAA game companies gave a big **** you!" to their customers by releasing an ugly and broken game that will leave you painfully aware of just how little that bioware cares about about you as a customer. Until this game is EXTENSIVELY patched, DO NOT BUY IT.
