Gran Turismo 4 is one of the best games in the franchise. Gran Turismo 4 is a racing game that focuses more on a realistic gameplay than an arcade gameplay in a racing game. Gran Turismo 4 has a gameplay that looks simple, but it's one of the hardest racing games on the PlayStation 2, specially with manual transmission. The game has rough courses with challenging gameplay, and the realism of the game makes you need to learn more about tuning your cars, drifting and driving. the 24 Hour courses like Nürburgring are very challenging and really take close to 24 Hours. It's great also in it's nice graphics, that really impress for a sixth generation console. The reflections are realistic, the courses, the trees and even the cars have a shocking amount of detail for a game of an 2000's console. It's not perfect because of an lack of an more arcade-like gameplay, but it's more of a driving simulator, so that's not that bad. Also, it's weaker soundtrack compared to other racing games, but there are very nice songs that brings you back to the type of music that was very popular during the 2000's. But this doesn't impact heavily on the games rating, so it deserves a nice and beautiful 9/10.

Super Mario Galaxy is probably the most creative and artistic Mario game. Super Mario Galaxy is a mainline game of the 3D Super Mario games. This game has a bigger focus on it's story, in which a new character introduced for the first time in Super Mario Galaxy called Rosalina, that lives on the outer space, helps Mario find all the Lumas through all the galaxies. The gameplay consists of Using the Wii Remote to attack doing a shaking movement and pointing at the screen to do various actions, with some minor galaxies that have great use of the Wii Remote by doing more advanced movements like tilting the Wii Remote to various directions. The game also has a good movement and level design, the bosses can be easy, but other bosses require more skill and may take longer to defeat, but it's not a hard game. It has a good dificulty and the story isn't too amazing, but it has more story than other 3D Mario games. It's graphics are very charming and detailed for a game released in 2007, it has good lightining, shadows, reflections, details, colors and effects. It has a beautiful orchestra soundtrack that fits the game very well and it's galaxy/space setting. For the masterpiece of a 3D Mario game that galaxy is, and if it wasn't for Odyssey and the sequel (Super Mario Galaxy 2), it could be the best Mario game. Certainly 10/10.

Wii Sports is the title that made the Wii get more popular and outselling the Xbox 360 and PS3. Wii Sports is a sports game consisting of 5 sports that introduces the player to the Wii Remote motion capabilities. The game has Tennis, Bowling, Baseball, Golf and Boxing. All those sports use motion controls in a very intuitive and fun way, so it gets easier for people who never experienced a video-game before to have an first experience with it. Tennis has a simple gameplay, just swing the tennis racket as you would do normally. Golf and baseball are also the same thing. Bowling is probably the most simple game and boxing needs to have a Nunchuck (separate from the Wii Remote). All the sports have nice graphics and most notably Tennis and Golf brings a vibe of the Frutiger Aero aesthetic from the 2000's because of their settings full of grass and in an sunny area, without forgetting the glossy buttons in the menu. For all of this, and innovating the gameplay of consoles, Wii Sports deserves a 10/10.
