Metroid Prime 4 is honestly one of the most disappointing games I’ve played in years. It feels like all the effort went into hype instead of actual gameplay. The biggest issue? You’re basically fighting the same enemies over and over again. It gets repetitive fast, and there’s barely any sense of progression or variety to keep things **** don’t even get me started on the green crystal mechanic — it’s just terrible. It feels forced, clunky, and completely breaks the flow of exploration. Instead of adding depth, it just becomes an annoying obstacle you have to deal with constantly. It’s not challenging in a fun way, just frustrating and poorly **** world itself looks nice at first, but once you realize how shallow the interactions are, it loses its charm. Exploration, which should be the heart of a Metroid game, feels empty and unrewarding. There’s none of that satisfying discovery or clever design the series is known for.Overall, Metroid Prime 4 feels like a rushed, uninspired entry that forgot what made the series great. Repetitive enemies, bad mechanics, and dull exploration make it hard to recommend to anyone.
