I have been a massive fan of the God of War franchise playing almost every single game that Santa Monica Studio made only two games I have never play. Playing the playstation handheld and console version both the playstation 3 to playstation 5. Am just going to put on the table this is some of the best efforts I have seen from the developer of Santa Monica Studio every aspect of the game is just perfect the only problem is finding the problem with this game. Let's start with the story between Kratos and Atreus also known as Loki. I have never seen such a perfect story so well written the story of a man trying to put his past behind him trying to move forward and be a father again doing things right without violence is such a well put story. Pacing is bit inconsistent during some part of Angrboda sections is a bit drag out and cringe sometime maybe not for some but I find myself disliking Angrboda due to the fact that she is not really that likeable in my opinion and during some part of the sections its drag for too long and only some part is important like finding out the prophesy of kratos and having a deeper connection with Atreus. The story and how the game is serving it to you is just a masterpiece. I love that you get to play as Atreus sometimes and even get to partner up with different people throughout your journey. And you even get to pair up with Thor it's so awesome and fun. The music and song is just so well suited and I love love Bear McCreary for creating such a well put song. the direction that Santa Monica studio is going for this franchise is so well put from a man of revenge and anger that fuel his anger to kill those who wrong him and stand in his way to a father that is trying to put is life behind him and try to be a normal person Is such a well put innovative thinking but of course with the game that is this perfect in nearly every aspect of the game comes with flaws with is very hard to find and pin point down. The pacing is a bit inconsistent at the middle of the game and also the difficulty I found was not really that hard even though I play on god of war difficulty which is the hardest but it could be higher to tune for player who really wants the challenge. Enemy design and world map is very well detailed and bugs were never an issue and barely any bugs. Now with the rating am giving a 9 out of 10 a must play badge. By MarshMallow

Am shock am really shocked that such a legendary game studio like rocksteady made such a bad game. Sorry I did't mean bad game I mean terrible game I have play the batman game since forever and after batman arkham knight you release this game. What a colossal trash you made with boring repetitive mission that no one wants to do and the only time I enjoy the game was the freaking cutscene. The best part is literally you putting down the controller and doing nothing and just watch the cutscene. Not only that the cutscene has ton of cringe and jokes that don't make me or others laugh. Not only that side mission is so repetitive and trash I was literally going insane I would rather play halo infinite than this. Holy even Jesus can't save this game which no likeable characters I couldn't care less about. At first I was excited that superman was going to be in a game since forever. It's funny how superman could just wipe us out in literally seconds but of course it's the suicide squad. And the AI do I have to say more about the AI am just going to keep it short in my angry rant its trash worse than Ashley in resident evil 4 2005 at least Ashley is meaningful and being in a masterpiece **** even though the AI was not that good for its time but come on its 2024. With tons of micro transaction and over price item and battlepass that I don't care about with hollow stupid looter shooter and tons of bugs even before the game came out it got delay because of a ending bug wasting people money who bought the preorder deluxe edition. terrible live service game. Do better rocksteady. And the ending I want my money back after seeing the terrible ending am not going to say more before am going insane Am giving the rating 2 out of 10 with a bad game badge. One of the best story telling games I have ever play. The story between Ellie and Joel really brings my heart together I really love a lot of aspect of this game with perfect like pacing and with the new redefine graphics it just makes it perfect. The story is not much special at first bring a kid to this place and obstacles come your way and more its the way the game explain the story and serve it to you with every character mean something and we care about the characters exploring the game is so fun in every aspect of the game I just love love the combat system. When you get to a sections or so where you have no combat to heal up gather supplies for the next fight and this game have a crafting table system where some materials share the same item which makes you choose which one you want do you want a med kit or a molotov its a really awesome way to bring life to the game bare to no bugs when I play and perfect like optimisation with the game. The game is more about the journey and process rather than the ending which is what really matters now come to the rating am going to give it a 10 out of 10 a must play and must buy game. One of the best physiological terror game I have ever play. Many aspect of the game really make me love the silent hill franchise everything has a symbolic meaning every ending every enemy each character the story. The music and sound effects is one the best I have seen through out my game review history but there is always room for improvement. It takes a lot of gut to play this game fully and so I did I fully commit to this game so much so I turn up the volume and turn off the lights just to make sure the game is as immersive it can be and am going to tell you I have never ever been this scared in my life with the new combat system it really puts a meaning to the things you do. But of course a game always have its flaws well to begin with how the game runs. It runs terrible very very inconsistent and also bugs I found maybe a one or two but thats it not a lot for a triple AAA game but for the price am paying it should't have bugs and also throughout the game you play the game sort of gives you too much ammo and health kits which defeats the purpose of survival or and sort of scary feeling but I do have to agree I did melee a lot and barely get hit or use my gun so maybe thats why anyways it should have been a 10 out of 10 but it just did't really make it for me and with the problems it have am going to give it a 9 out of 10 a must play for terror fans of loves the physiological atmosphere.
