I really enjoyed this game, and it's definitely the best Mario Kart game, or then it's just the nostalgia, which playing it back isn't really. The tracks are unique (except for Mario Circuit, but well), the character selection is nearly perfect, and the rubberbanding, which a lot of people find annoying, actually is really fun for me as it makes it more challenging. Online is also really fun, but it doesn't exist anymore might be what you think but the custom track stuff is really fun too! Wario's Coliseum custom track is good.

How is this games reviews so good? This is literally the worst Mario Kart I have played, and I have played all of them except for Double Dash. Easily has the worst controls. It introduced random into the character selection menu (which otherwise is the exact same as MK64s) so it gets a 2 for that, and Ribbon Road & Cheese Land are pretty cool.

It's definitely better than the other one. Other than that, there isn't really much to tell you, it's a snowboarding game where you do tricks and race time. Still a pretty solid game though, would give it 4 sickles out of 5, but it's from 1-10 so bump it down to 7.

Another cheap nearly Wii Sports shovelware game. The only difference is you can make a character on the DS which is pretty heckin' sick! Cricket, Volleyball and Disc Golf were probably the ones I enjoyed with my friends the most, but all the others are pretty lacking. There is also a Geico shirt, which is pretty cool. Way better than Deca Sports though, that game makes me mad.

The characters can only say 5-6 things on a loop. That being said it still definitely is better than all the other Cars games, as it actually has a long lasting story line that is pretty fun in some places. The characters and modes for playing against your friends are also pretty cool. This being said, I will still never forgive THQ of committing the sin of having annoying voice lines. Why?

It is bundled with a Wii remote so the purchase is definitely worth it, it's 30 dollars! That being said I really wouldn't recommend playing this without friends as it's just Wii Sports **** brother that is in the drug business. Compared to Wii Sports baseball, tennis and bowling, Wii Plays best modes are probably air hockey and the tank game. Also if you don't have friends stay far away from this game as alone it can be more boring than watching paint dry, I highly recommend playing with a friend.

I enjoy playing this with my friends, but that is kind of it. This game is a huge drop from the earlier Mario Party games, and there is a lot to support it. Everyone is stuck together in a car. Just why? I don't think Nintendo knows how fun it is to have everyone running around in random directions hoping one of them has the most coins. This takes me to another point, why would you replace coins with "mini stars"? Is this a joke Nintendo? Mini stars just don't have the same feel to it as coins, as coins feel rewarding, meanwhile mini stars are just kind of like "woah I got another 20 of them, cool I guess". The characters. How do you have less characters than Mario Party 8? I mean, some weird characters like Hammer Bro and Blooper (why my boy Blooper) are gone, but now the character selection feels empty. There is no Donkey Kong, no King Boo, no Rosalina, just so many characters that are missing that could easily be in this game. Now I did mention that I like playing this game with my friends, but that is a bit of an overstatement. I slightly enjoy playing this game with my friends, because a lot of things just aren't much fun in this game. I only give it a 3 because at least it isn't Mario Party 10 and 11.

While this game is a huge improvement from any Mario Party games after Mario Party 8, it still has a lot of things it could improve. I really enjoy the minigames, but it feels like Nintendo just focused on minigames, as the online mode and the thing that people bought the game for, the party mode, is very lacking. In the online mode you can only play some minigames, you cannot play the party mode on online, which I can kind of see, but for the most part it doesn't make sense. I want to play some classic online Mario Party with some of my friends overseas, but it turns out I can only play minigames against them. The party mode is also fairly lacking, as it only has 4 boards, is lacking in terms of dices, and the fact that you can simply buy an item to get you right beside a star makes the game really boring as a round is done in around 20 minutes. A lot of the characters are also, strange, but the biggest problem I have about them is the fact that they have their own unique dices. None of the dices are even, in fact it is easy to see which dices are better than others, for example the Goompa is definitely better than Wario, and Rosalina is pretty much better than Donkey Kong. At least it's better Mario Party 9-11, so there is that to it.

I would honestly have had this franchise die than get this steaming hot garbage. Firstly, this game doesn't feel like a platformer, it just feels like you have to do mission after mission after mission, which can get pretty boring after a long time of playing. Even when you do have some time to look around, you quickly realise there is almost nothing to all the places you visit, they just kind of have a "unique" texture. Also when you are doing missions, the game keeps on glitching, which can get pretty annoying after a while. At least building a car can be pretty fun, but I would have preferred if that would have been a totally different game as it doesn't follow the traditional Banjo-Kazooie style gameplay. Banjo and Kazooie also look a lot stranger than in the two games before.
